The elevator went down and I was traveling with my in-laws that’s in there seventy’s. They call while was on the highway that morning to let me know and canceled my rooms !! Had to pull over on the highway to get accommodations to another hotel. 😡

It was by far the worst hotel experience I've had in my life, room was nasty, and bed and pillows stained. The room stunk of cigarettes and Marijuana odor.

It was okay at first I went on booking and looked up the reviews they were great. When I arrived it was a lady in the main lobby having a panic attack she was freaking out because she had to pay for damages for food and condoms all over the place. She kept saying the room was trashed. I was just praying I didn’t get that room. So I checked into room 203 with my wife and daughter. That night at 10 pm I was woken up to a tv on 125 playing in the next room. They have rooms with double doors. Yikes, this lasted until 3am,8 thought about calling the front desk but I don’t like to disrupt people. I was actually there on a business trip.
The following morning my wife and I was have an heated conversation about the game laughing and joking. The house keeping knocked on the door and said are you guys okay we said yes. Seconds later the front desk guys said that I called stating it was an call about domestic violence. He said that we needed to leave and the police were being called. I have reservations for 2 nights. I was told I wails be charged 25$ for checking out early. I said okay, no problem I’ll leave and you can refund me. He told me 24 hours. At this point I feel like it was a discrimination issue we are a gay married couple who deserve the same respect. Do not stay her for business for if your lives one in in the hospital about 1mike and a half away.

The wifi was excellent and the bed was comfortable however the room as advertised was not what we got. The stench of stale smoke, musty moldy smell permeated the room ruining our level of comfort. We actually bought febreeze and lysol spray for a little freshness. There were guests smoking pot in a room. No compensation from management. Never again!

It was a pleasant stay.. it was quiet. The view was just of the parking lot, and you could also see the hotel across the parking lot where there were a lot of guys hanging out so I kept my curtain closed.

The breakfast served was good and staff very nice. The room was clean and nice. The only issue I had was the air conditioner was not on when I enter and it took some time to cool off. The hotel does not have elevators, just stairs, request the 1st floor. It will be very hard for the elderly or anyone with medical issues.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. it was only for a night, but met our needs. i was nervous about the atlanta area due to stuff happening in the news in different areas in atlanta, but i felt safe at that this hotel, the staff was very welcoming, they even greeted my husband with a Happy birthday, which was very thoughtful. the breakfast didn't have many hot food options, which was understood due to covid regulations and guidelines. but overall i will recommend this hotel.

Place is horrible, old, run down, smelled horrible, staff not friendly, bathroom had mold growing all over it, Told we had pool, it looked as if it had been closed for 2 years, no breakfast like booking said it did. Prostituts coming in and out of the hotel, police there twice! For the money it was horrible!! The only thing was the bed was clean. The air conditioner made a loud noise, above us had 5 kids in there room and we had to call front desk 3 times, then go down there!! I hate this place! Never again!!
I didn’t like anything, especially not being allowed to check in and being having to go through booking.com to fix the situation in which they transferred my reservation to another hotel that’s owned by the same people which would also not let me check in and I was told to email booking.com back immediately to fix the situation. I did they didn’t. I stayed outside all night with all of my luggage and no ride and I’m still not been given a free room or anything no type of respect for me having to sit outside in the cold all night
I was denied the availability to check into this hotel because I didn’t have enough cash for a security deposit nor did I have a debit card with $200 on it not only did they cancel my reservation there. They also charged me I came back to you guys to help in the refund process. I still have not received my money and it’s been three 3 1/2 weeks now so I would like somebody from Priceline to reach back out to Woodsprings and get my money back because I still have not received my refund. Thank you.
We had to stop for the night on our way home and it was a cheap option. That being said, you get what you pay for. The TV worked, there was a shower, and heat & a/c. The room was not clean, supposed construction going on during our stay, and the linens were slightly stained. It worked for us as we needed a cheap quick spot to stay for the night but would not suggest for anything more than that.
Our stay here was great. We have been returning to Woodspring s Stockbridge for last 2 years. The environment is clean and well maintained. Reception staff very cordial and deal with request efficiently. The rooms and facilities are clean have everything you need in a quiet environment .

The location was easily accessible and close to the restaurant and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good for general diet. In my opinion if the improve the cleaning that will improve image of the hotel, and update the pictures to avoid the disappointment.
Room was average but nice. Price matches the room. It was clean and the location is good. If you are looking for practical clean and convenient this hotel is great.. no luxury and not fancy but safe and clean. They really need to invest in some new fluffy pillows.
The location was very convenient, just off the interstate and near several restaurants. The room was basic but for an overnight stop was fine. Shower had good water pressure and water was hot. Room had a refrigerator and microwave.
Hotel was clean, staff was nice. My room smelled wonderful. The air felt super clean, room was clean, bed was sooo comfy, hotel quiet. Clean bathroom and breakfast was great!
The staff is incredible! They were very congenial and very informative!! Such a warm welcome that makes me want to only choose this hotel when I'm in the area!!!!
