We were actually just passing through Santa Clara on our way...
We were actually just passing through Santa Clara on our way home. it was just an overnight stop on the way to the bus station early the next morning. Didn't see any spots. We ordered pizza and went to bed. I can tell you the RT Pizza tasted very good and delivered promptly. But that's the extent of what we experienced in SC. What we saw from the Uber on the way to the motel was very nice. But I wasn't interested in staying, we just wanted to go home after a very long 2.5 week medical adventure at Stanford.

Santa Clara was my hometown and this hotel has always been here and has a decent reputation. Still holds true today. Everything you need is literally walking distance and if you have a car Capitola or Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk isn’t that far. Great America is Always a winner as well. Every type of food you can think of , it’s there and the weather, the best in the USA!

Santa Clara had so many things to offer.
Santa Clara had so many things to offer. I came for the Taylor Swift Eras Tour, but was still able to enjoy other activities in the city, such as Santana Row and local cafes. The weather was very nice, and I did not see any homeless people.

It is a beautiful city but I booked on Best western located on Camino real it was so Uncomfortable killing bugs 🐜 cockroaches I’m so disappointed is a serious problem on this place and my original review was edited I believe by the hotel because I included pictures and I can’t see it on my review???

Stayed at the Hilton.
Stayed at the Hilton. Great location near activities (Levi Stadium, Great America, Convention Center, walking trails, restaurants within walking distance, though most restaurants were a little bit of a walk which is great for me). Streets and parks were clean with accessible sidewalks. Was here for work so did not have a lot of time to explore but would like to return. Hubby enjoyed local golf at Sunnyvale Municipal Golf Course and surfing at Santa Cruz.

I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!
Front desk refused to give a copy of the final bill and said to get one from booking.com.
No breakfast. The office stay was extremely rude. 1 guy especially was extremely unprofessional and treated my family very badly. They even refused to give me the managers contact info and said management was unavailable during weekends. They accepted my reservation then proceeded to cancel it due to their office error. And instead of making it right they forced my family on street and even called the cops instead of talking to me. Most horrible hotel experience of my life! Stay anywhere else!!!
This hotel was a great spot for a quick stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with fresh bedding and sheets.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was unbeatable - cafes and pizzerias were right across the street!
However, the shower pressure was a major letdown. If you enjoy a powerful shower, this might not be the best place for you. Otherwise, this hotel is a solid option for a comfortable and convenient stay.
The location was perfect infact I told my brother to stay in same hotel bec we are attending Graduation. The front desk when we checked in Jun 13, was not pleasant at all. She asked if we want housekeeping, I said yes, I even double chk before we left on fri,that we're going to get service but when we came back we ddnt have service.

3. No BS in terms of room service, unlike some other hotels that make up weird rules to prevent you from getting room service in the name of "saving our planet".
4. The management even gave me a welcome basket of high quality snacks and drinks. That was very nice of them.
As I do not drive in US, this hotel is in an excellent location that there are restaurants that you can walk to eat, supermarket to buy daily utilities or simple food to cook at the kitchen. Also has a running trail nearby. Staffs were all very friendly and helpful. Ops, can do self laundry also.
This hotel was amazing for the money and was very clean the bar staff and pool staff were great. The pool are was great and very nice. Pool area could of been picked up from previous visitors but otherwise great. Pool ran out of towels and the staff brought warm ones out to be used.
This is my second time to come here. The owner & his staff are very nice. The room is clean & nice. Located near Santa Clara University. It's very quiet during the daytime & night time. There are restaurant, coffee, & store nearby as well. Parking is okay as well.

The room was very well laid out and equipped for work. The Marketplace options for coffee, snacks and stuff are excellent. Parking is pretty convenient, but not cheap.
EVERYTHING!! CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TOP PRIORITY. Room was wonderful, food was great. Easy transit location. Lots of food near by. Single best hotel we ever had.
The Hotel is new and modern, and the workers are very kind, specifically Kimberly. The breakfast is very nice and the rooms are big and very comfortable!
