The room met or exceeded our expectations. The view from our balcony was great. In the evening we sat out on the balcony with chocolates and a glass of wine and watched the river traffic till well after dark. The river walk was right out back. Patio with restaurant and bar outside were excellent.

It's in a very sketchy area of Chattanooga not even sure you can consider it downtown. They have bed bugs. They know they have them. Wasn't surprised at all when I told them.

I booked the property, because on the app it showed a pool, and it was located on the river!!! When we got to the location, the pool was out of order!!!! Also the property was no where near the river!!! The lighting in the facility was very dim, probably hidden how dirty the floors were! I’m very disappointed with this place!!! Yes you get complementary breakfast but they don’t have anywhere for more then 8 people to set!!! If your willing to stand to eat like we had to or take it to your room than that’s all your options!!! Very unsatisfied customer!!!!
