The staff in particular made our stay a special one. Amit greeted us warmly and took care to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Everyone at the front desk was welcoming and always very helpful. The hotel is new, and decorated beautifully - modern fixtures and crisp design elements complement the preserved old historical building features. Our room was bright and clean. We loved the Nespresso machine to start our day! Parking is secure and the location convenient. We are excited to see downtown Norwich as it continues to be revitalized, while keeping intact the rich history. Check out the old post office next door - charming interior frozen in time!

From the second you arrive to when you leave, you feel like you stepped miles away from anything in your own personal oasis. It’s so peaceful on the property and clearly well cared for. We were greeted by the hosts and given suggestions for where to eat and be entertained. Being 5 minutes from the casino makes it the perfect location to join in on all the fun but have a peaceful place to run back to at the end of it.

This hotel is 4 miles from downtown Norwich and within a 5-minute drive of Bean Hill Historic District. This hotel features a gym and offers free Wi-Fi in every room.

It was fine until we checked in and got to our room. I went to use the bathroom and the bathroom sink was clogged. We went down to the front lobby and the Manager said that they were going to send someone up to fix it. After we finished eating dinner at the restaurant the Manager told us that we would have to change rooms. So we got another room that was on another floor. We got to the new room and the refrigerator was not working! :(
To say the least nothing was done for us and no discount off the rooms! We stayed for 2 nights. Was glad to leave.

I try to go with the flow whenever possible. Life is full of unexpected twists and turns, and sometimes the best thing we can do is just let go of our expectations and trust that everything will work out in the end. Of course, that's easier said than done, but I find that the more I practice going with the flow, the easier it becomes. It's a mindset that allows me to approach challenges with more flexibility and creativity, and to find joy in the unexpected moments that make life so special. So, if you're feeling stuck or overwhelmed, take a deep breath and try to go with the flow. You never know where it might take you!

The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. The lighting was too dim in the room even with all the lamps on. Our temperature control was a little wacky so it wasn't working properly. We checked in about 6 pm and checked out 11 am the next day so we didn't use or explore the facilities as we should to be able to give an actual review. I only noticed one fire pit, maybe that would be a suggestion that you should have more , especially during the pandemic, but then again we didn't stay long enough to really know what other amenities there was.
loved the property ! We loved sitting by the fire pit at night time . We stayed in the king room with the spa room ! It was so comfy and relaxing . the bartender was amazing ! The lobby was so clean and welcoming! From the moment we checked in the front desk staff was amazing . My husband enjoyed the gym in the morning . My next trip to Foxwoods I know where I will be staying !
I had a pet with me during my previous visits and this time I did not...previously I stated the beds were too firm, but this time the bed was very comfortable. Unsure if the beds were upgraded when the hotel changed owners or if it was the type of room I was in. Either way I was very pleased. The AC worked great also.
The staff was exceptional! The ladies at the front desk and breakfast area were so pleasant and accommodating. Such a wonderful surprise compared to the typical hotel staff you come across that have no personality. The entire facility was very clean and well kept. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you!

The room was very clean. The staff were all friendly and courteous. I did not know that there was a restaurant inside the hotel so that was a nice surprise for ordering food/room service.
My daughter & I were going to a show at Foxwoods so the Hilton was very convenient. Staff very friendly, room spacious & clean. Breakfast was really good too.
