We wanted a classic economy motel from the past (with 21st cen amenities) and this was exactly what we wanted. The room was comfortable; it was a good experience. You couldn't beat the price anywhere!!
BTW the people at the Nissan dealership are extremely friendly. We charged our car there as well as downtown. There is no cost for charging in Pikeville!!! - and no Tesla stations.
Check-in and check-out was easy. The room was clean. The hotel was within walking distance of restaurants and shopping although much was closed due to COVID and staffing issues which was very disappointing.
We did not eat breakfast at the Hotel, so I can't comment on their breakfast how ever location was perfect. We were able to upgrade our room to a third floor balcony which had an amazing view.
