Great location and the staff are very helpful. They have free tooth paste and other toiletries if you forget anything. The pool and hot tub are well maintained. I also liked using the treadmill. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed.

Check in was at 5. We waited until 6 to get in. Needs some maintenance and updates, but good value and clean. No breakfast. Location was great.

We had an issue with our air conditioner but the manager took care of us immediately, moving us to another room and offering to help haul out stuff.

Went for dinner at Hoppies at the airport with a great experience for the kids to see all the nature displays.
Another night we went up to Mackinac City for dinner at Dixie Saloon / O'Rileys was great food and service. (The front desk made the suggestions)
We loved that Pellston was affordable, had a wonderful pool, and staff was very friendly and helpful. The snack corner was an awesome bonus since we checked in late and needed some food. Beds were cozy too!
Good location to go to Mackinac, Petoskey, or Cheboygan. We also enjoyed the hot tub in our room, although it was a little more like a large, older bathtub.
The bed was comfortable.
