Everything was wonderful! Everything you'd possibly need was provided. I'm fairly picky and easily grossed out in rooms, there was none of that here! Washer/dryer, grill, coffee pot, oven/stove , full-sized refrigerator, comfy beds, dishes, pots, outdoor seating was wonderful at dinner and breakfast.
Do not let the outside appearance fool you. It looks old and dated. It is NOT! There were 3 mini splits in the apartment <2 bd/1bth>! Everything was splendid! 💯% recommend!

The view of the lake is the best thing about our stay.
The view of the lake is the best thing about our stay. Lake Powell Resort is a horrible place to stay , They are understaffed and rude and they overcharged me for my room and are not at all helpful in resolving the matter. Don't stay here ..you will regret it!

We were a group of 3 adults 2 women and 1 man.
We were a group of 3 adults 2 women and 1 man. Unfortunately we were only there for one night we arrived later than expected due to a stop at Hackberry general store on our way. ( which was so cool).
We checked in to our room and went straight out to Horseshoe Bend to photograph it, as we arrived it began to rain, we couldn't believe it.. it didn't just rain it was gale force winds directly blowing at us as we stood at the viewpoint. It was so bad at one point that you couldn't hold you head up, it was like being sand blasted, but the sky and clouds were amazing, but not good if it gets on your lens.. I didn't dare let go of my camera even though it was on a tripod I thought that the wind would blow it over. It was still amazing to actually see the horseshoe bend despite the weather, we stayed as long as we could bear it and decided to back the following morning after checking out from the hotel. We are in our hotel room after buying something to microwave from Walmart just minutes from our hotel, due to the rain we didn't get to see any more of Page, I read that there's a dam down the road which I would of liked to visit but with our time restraint (a 6 hour drive back to Vegas where we were staying) it wasn't possible.

I was there one night and part of one day.
I was there one night and part of one day. I could have spent another day maybe two exploring the area. I went to Upper Antelope and Horseshoe Bend. There was still lower Antelope, Glen Canyon trails, and I would have liked to do one of the river tours. I suspect I'll be back.
Also, the barbecue at Big John's was really good.
The two-bedroom is spacious, very good for a family stay. Very well-equipped kitchen, bedrooms, and living area, with brand-new kitchen appliances and cutlery. Also, there is a washer and dryer so we were able to do a quick laundry. From the outside, it may not look as fancy as other chained hotels in the town. But internally, it is very well equipped and designed. Provided a very good stay for us. The beds are comfy, including the sofa bed in the living room. Good local restaurant nearby within walking distance.
We wanted to experience a bed and breakfast with perfect ratings. We loved our 3-night stay! Everything needed is available...freshly baked cookies, tea/coffee, water, a parking spot, extra towels, and an excellent hot breakfast. The room is so clean and quiet. It is located near restaurants and a short drive to Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. The owner provides lots of suggestions for dinner or other sights. A must stay if you are traveling to or through Page. Thanks, Bubba and Deb!
This hotel is very new, clean and modern. We were comfortably located on the first floor which gave us convenient access to the parking area, front desk, pool and breakfast. The room has everything you need. We had some sheets that needed to be switched out because they were a bit worn and this was taken care of immediately and without question. The hotel is conveniently located making it easy to get to all of the attractions and Page restaurants with lots of parking.
It is not just a hotel but an experience and we really enjoyed it.
Host are very nice and helpful and they take the time to show around and explain their place and culture.
We stayed in the covered wagon wheel room and we were impressed with all the small details it had inside, clealiness and how comfortable it was.
Amazing and memorable experience overall
It is of course in a great location too just a few minutes from HorseShoe Bend, Page, etc.
Breakfast was the most comprehensive buffet I have ever seen. Rooms were immaculate, staff friendly and helpful and the views were incredible. There was a well stocked Keurig coffee maker in the room which was great and in fact all the coffee was excellent. I was going to ask what the brand was in the dining room but forgot. The price was more than fair as well. I would recommend the hotel to anyone and would book there any time we were in Page.
I liked the cleanliness in the room, attentive and polite staff, convenient location. The special thanks to Den for care and friendliness. He advised about the best places and gave us a lot of important and needed information about Page. We’ll stay again at this hotel when come back and talk our friends about this place. thank you for all!!! :)
You need to know that this is not a real hotel but rather updated apartments. Rooms have kitchen and parking spot. It worked for me as a solo traveler on the budget when everything else in town was extremly overpriced. Page is not affordable anymore like it use to be. This "motel" was clean with a new bathroom.
High marks for a well-run hotel for a great price. Clean, modern, good breakfast, no problems at all. The town of Page is full of large hotel/motels that serve the Lake Powell boat-goers and Grand Canyon tours, so in winter with the lake low it was slow and inexpensive. On-site management does a fine job.
I have stayed in many La Quinta’s and I have always been satisfied with my stay. This La Quinta was exceptional. It is clean and modern! Staff was friendly and I appreciated how easy it was to access nearby attractions and restaurants. I would highly recommend this specific hotel to anyone traveling to Page!
Great hotel in Page. It is convenient for those travelling by vehicle as there's ample parking and it is in a quiet part of town. You can walk from the hotel to the scenic view Glen Canyon Dam Overlook. The breakfast was good and staff were helpful and friendly.
Situated in new tourist area of Page with plenty of hotels - easy to reach, park, check-in and relax.
Breakfast is of good quality and (given its included) with good range of products. Room is quite and everything is there you need for a night or two
Very nice hotel in a good location in Page. This hotel seems to be fairly new with very clean and well-furnished rooms. Good breakfast and an outdoor pool made our visit even more enjoyable. Very helpful staff at the reception.
Comfortable and clean. No horrid febreeze smell. All the amenities I needed. LOUD aircon/heater. Way less $ than other hotels, and every bit as nice. Best location in Page next to scenic overlook. Wonderful shower.
We had a great time in Page. There was so much to do! Horseshoe bend, Antilope Canyon, Lake Powell… The Hotel was perfect for us and the breakfast was also good. Would come again.
The hotel was located close to horse shoe bend and other attractions in page. There is pool and hot tub relax after a hike. There is also Walmart nearby.
