I reserved a superior suite, because I had 6 people in my party. When I got there, they said there were no more suites left and we would have to pay normal price for 2 rooms. There was no discount offered for the inconvenience this caused us. Money was an issue for some of us, that is why we decided to split a suite in the first place. We ended up cramming into one room with 2 beds and a roll away. Again, no discount was offered for our inconvenience, or anything else. I booked this a week ahead and expected a suite when I got there, but there wasn't one. I was very irritated and upset. I will be putting a bad review

The facility is great, very clean and the room is spacious and according to my expectations. I always find Best Western where I go to any location same very standard , spacious, and very clean. I never had the time to enjoy their swimming pools or the recreation areas but they look awesome.

We had requested a roll in shower and handicapped accessible bathroom and received an email stating that was no problem. When we checked in, they said they had no rooms with these requests. The bathroom could barely fit a walker in and had no bars anywhere in the bathroom or shower. The shower was a step in shower but was not clean. The toilet was so low to the floor and had no bars. It had a high piercing squeal everytime you flushed it which didn't stop until the tank was full. There were ants in the shower floor and the entire bathroom floor. We complained to the management and they said maintenance would come to take care of the ants and toilet. There was also a sewer smell in the bathroom every tim you ran the water.
Nothing was fixed. Very disappointing!! We will not be returning. Very pricey for the service and accommodations we didn't receive!!

The staff were very friendly, Breakfast foods were very good and the person who was taking care of that area did a great job in refilling any items as they were used.
I have stayed at this Hampton Inn more than once visiting family who live in the area.
Hampton Inn is my preferred choice in any state I've traveled. I am never disappointed.

Okemos has all restaurants and shopping within 5 to 15 minute drive. Lots of traffic around area but felt secluded from hwy noise and had beautiful homes and a couple of horse farms to see while driving around. Only 7-10 miles from hustle and bustle of Lansing and East Lansing - MSU.

The lady that checked me in was extremely helpful and offered suggestions on where to eat and places to go. I had an issue with the smoke detector chirping and she switched my room without any difficulty. I will definitely stay here in the future. The room is very clean and spacious. The price is reasonable and the area Best Western is located is great for walking with lots of restaurants nearby and easy access to the expressway.
The cost for a weekend stay was very reasonable compared to others in the area. The rooms had a good size refrigerator, microwave, stove top, dining table, TV, USB charging, and safety locks on the windows. All of which were bonuses to have in a hotel room. Also, this hotel is located close to the freeway and made traveling the area easy.
Extremely clean and very well-maintained hotel. It's about 6 years old, but looks brand new inside and out. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows, beautiful modern bathroom, large brand-name television, great heating and cooling system. Everything was pretty much perfect!
-I requested extra towels in the room and I did not receive them after the hotel told me my request was honored. I would’ve had to come down to get them while already dripping wet
-Location was close to everything! Good food spots around as well.
Hot, fresh coffee was available all day in the lobby. The breakfast area was large and fully stocked for the hot breakfast options. Lobby furniture was very comfortable. We loved the King Suite and spent lots of time in the pool and hot tub!
Breakfast area - was clean, lots of food choices, coffee was hot and fresh, and work areas were segregated from the breakfast area and offered good connections. Much much better than the Comfort Inn at the same location.
Renee on reception went above and beyond when I had difficulties checking in. Her service was second to none and she is a valuable asset to the hotel! Overall a nice modern hotel with good facilities.
The woman who checked in was very bizarre and was not wearing Hotel uniform or other identification. Not sure if she was disabled but so slow and not clear about check in process.
Location was convenient to other businesses in the area. There is an elevator which made getting our luggage in and out easy. Well maintained property.
