We utilized the indoor pool, spa and outdoor hot tub. All were very clean. This hotel is about a 5 minute walk to town via a side road (no sidewalk, but manageable), a little over 10 minutes to the beach and probably 20 ish minutes to Perkins Cove. The beach offers 30 minute parking if someone in your part is willing to drop off and walk back. The coffee and hot chocolate available throughout the day was nice.

Quaint and charming, quirky suite in main house. And I love that sort of thing. Friends stayed in more standard building on the property that had a wonderful sunrise view.

We loved the location The grounds were beautiful. I'd like to find out who did all the beautiful planters. We will be back for sure. The complimentary bottle of champagne celebrating our 40th anniversary was over the top. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The coffee was fabulous overlooking the ocean from the terrace. The rooms were very clean. The beds were quite comfortable. Just my thoughts but it would have been fun to have music in a tiki hut setting as it felt very tropical with the gorgeous flowers. Love love the Terrace by the Sea.

It is a beautiful area but very busy,
there is alot of traffice and the parking for the beaches is tough, you have to be there very early or take advantage of the trolley.
The food choices are good and there are a few places in nearby Wells to eat also

Ogunquit is a perfect small ocean town to visit.
Ogunquit is a perfect small ocean town to visit. Arts, music, entertainment, food, huge beach, lovely selection of accommodations and really close to tacky amusements in Orchard Park, authentic fishing villages, bike paths, famous Marginal Way foot path, Portland, LL Bean up north, - did I mention the enormous beautiful beach with gentle slope on one side and tidal river with fast water and deep slopes on the other. Summer is crowded- must like people- but off season is heaven for me and prices drop.

Ogunquit was a great little town for families and small groups of people. It is quaint and has small shops lining shore road and main street. The beach is accessible by walking or driving. Parking is a bit of an issue, so either be prepared to walk or to pay a heavy daily rate to park near the beach. The location of this town is great for single day trips to other parts of Maine- such as Kennebunkport, Portland and York. There is plenty to do, nice shops in town and a large selection of restaurants.
A very conveniently located hotel in a historic building complex. The colors and decorations are nice. Our room had a large balcony with a table and two chairs which we used a lot. The big room was definitely a perk and we liked the common areas such as the spacious lobby and porch. The location is perfect for quick walks to either downtown or Perkin's Cove. It was also a short walk to Jonathan's.
We were amazed to get a suite at the price we paid, probably because it was out of season. The rooms were huge and well kept. It had a balcony, which was lovely to sit out on. While very near to Perkins Cove, the hotel is a brisk 25 minute walk from the beach and the center of town. Car parking in the town and at the beach is expensive. We were very happy with our stay.
The location to the heart of Ogunquit is their biggest plus. The early check-in was nice and appreciated. The shower was good and the first towel supplied was thick and absorbent. The replacement on the 3rd day not so much!
