The location was absolutely perfect, and the cottage was adorable. When they say they're right by many hiking trails, they aren't exaggerating. The trail heads are all right there.
The kitchen was the best stocked with equipment of any vacation property I've stayed at. We also enjoyed the restaurant on-site. Delicious food, beautiful views.

I love the cleanliness of the rooms, the creek, the dog friendliness, and the proximity to downtown Boulder. It’s a perfect spot to be in nature but close enough to everything we need for work and school. We met some nice friends by the fire and grill the first night! We appreciate the 11 am check out.
