Mine was a gloomy basement room. But at least it had a highway next door so I could get to sleep counting cars going past.

The square footage for the price. Well landscaped and clean. Felt safe even at night. Well lit. Lobby was welcoming and dining area was really nice. Liked that it had a bar to enjoy a drink in the evening.
