Had a room facing an open area, looking out on some woods. Could open my window a bit for fresh air & the sound of birds.

There is no handicap parking available. Although we booked a handicapped room,we were given a regular room on the 5th floor. After complaining and going to the room, our room was changed to an accessible room

Exceptional Service.
Exceptional Service. Forgot to mention, we arrived early after a long trip, and for a reasonable small fee were able to easily check in before noon with a small pet and one time reasonable pet fee. You can't go wrong with this beautiful , clean hotel. It smelled like a spa when we walked in. Exceptional breakfast and service in dining area. Delicious blueberry muffin and coffee to go for our long trip home at check out. Wonderful wifi, working areas off lobby

The most ridiculous hotel I've ever been to.
The most ridiculous hotel I've ever been to. They charge you money for the nights you are NOT there and THEN they don't want to refund the money!!! ANY hotel in the world will refund you the cost for the time you DID NOT spent there. No questions asked. It's a regular procedure by at the booking time. I even physically told the staff AFTER I arrived at the hotel, that I will NOT stay 2 days, but just 1. They said they can't do ANYTHIG about it. What??? Are you running a hotel or a barn yard?? Maybe you're confused/? It was clear from the beginning, BEFORE I even arrived at the place and communicated to them that will only be staying 1 night. They ignored the request and didn't acknowledge the change when I arrived. That's hospitality for you??? I think they are in the wrong business. ANY hotel will bend over backwards to make the stay at their venues as pleasant as possible. NOT this place. I am currently fighting with boooking.com to get my money back, but even booking.com is being difficult about it. So WARNING to you all you booking THIS hotel through boooking.com, your money might be stolen!!!!! I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Look elsewhere!!

We had a great view of Marlboro, We like that things were in walking distance to hotel, we met some nice guests.
The room was not that clean, dirty socks found under couch cushions that should have been found if they truly cleaned, especially since it was a pull out bed/sofa. there was a terrible stain on the waste basket, unmentionable items found under the bathroom sink that I found while trying to ix the sink drain. The carpet had some stains in it that looked like they should be able to come out with a good steam cleaning. We understand that room turn over is where money is made but there needs to be a little more done to make the guest feel they are thought of.

I loved my stay.
I loved my stay. The rug and floors were so clean I walked barefoot. The bed was wonderful, comfortable, warm blankets and the heater worked perfectly for me where I was toasty. The fridge was clean and worked perfectly. I loved everything. When I shared my experience, I was told to "shut up" because they wanted to be there. I said, "booking.com" and smiled. On my last day I ran out of food, but was able to order from the local pizza, which was good. I will definitely go to Marlborough ES again.
I liked everything about this hotel. I liked how clean it was. I like the staff. I like the room, the bed was very comfortable. my little guy slept on the couch he said that it was so comfortable to sleep on. I like the continental breakfast. there's nothing I can say that I didn't like I even went to the front desk at 1 a.m. for a blanket and they gave it to me with no questions.
Marlborough has kind of become a default stopping place when we drive from Ontario to Halifax to visit family. Embassy has OUTSTANDING facilities...pool, restaurant, a gorgeous breakfast, and lovely rooms. Great location with lots to do when you want to stretch your legs after a long drive. (Linguini's Italian Restaurant on the Boston Post Road - OMG!!!)
We loved the well stocked kitchen! It was not stocked with food (obviously), but had cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates, cups, mugs, utensils, dish soap, dishwasher soap, dishwasher, etc. Breakfast was really good and plentiful. Would love to see more gluten free options at hotels in general. But there was still a great selection.
Courtyard by Marriott Marlborough is a great place to stay. The customer service i received upon check in was exceptional. Had a great experience during my stay. The hotel rooms are a great size, clean and spacious. Though a little far from Logan, it was centrally located for my travels. I had a good stay and I would highly recommend.
The hotel was serving packed breakfast and is maintaining its standard despite many other hotels cutting on this cost even after the relaxation in Covid protocols. Much appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable. Wanted to use the pool but didnt get time. Sufficient parking space available.
It had a nice location to everything. When I got to the hotel and I went into my room, it had maintenance stuff everywhere like it was being worked on. The young gal at the front was so helpful. Got me another room apologize profusely. In the morning the manager was very apologetic as well.
Breakfast is with no breakfast it was just a muffin and coffee very disappointed. And I got to the hotel and it was chaos lot of drug activity was very scared. A lot of drug activities and potty going on all night long. going to be honest I don't think I would ever stay there again.
Rooms very clean staff are very nice and very helpful the manager is a lovely lady her name is Beverly she was very nice and sweet to talk to and very helpful she always has a smile on her face I would recommend this hotel to anyone
Staff was very helpful especially Allie the front desk clerk. Rooms were very clean. Loved the heated pool and free breakfast was amazing. Hair shampoo and conditioner was surprisingly good. Best hotel stay!
Nice and convenient hotel close to restaurants and shops. Good location to visit around. Breakfast was good, the swimming pool and gym well equipped and the king size bed one of the best we had.
