Everything was great but what stood out most was how friendly and helpful the staff was to me.

actually for the price, it is quite comfortable, the room is kinda old but it’s quiet and decent, not bad for 2 nights stay, i can sleep very well, no sketchy activity i found there, as mentioned in many reviews

Not much. The hotel needs renovations, tables were chipped in bedroom and living area coffe table chipped and wobbly. Remote in bedroom did not work. At time of departure the manager advised the remote was not programmed? How was that? Did no one stay in this room prior to me booking it? For a Hilton it was not at all what it’s name is famously known for.

the room appeared clean and well maintained. the location was good for many things in the King of Prussia area and easy access to expressways. However, the noise from the nearby traffic was significant.
The room was ok and the staff members were very pleasant. Very surprised at the state of the pool and the workout room ... The pool was super dirty with a nest of those large B wasp things hanging around... And the workout room was super dirty with half of the machines inoperable... both may be due to covid... If those were cleaned I would say one hundred percent great stay.. Since they were super dirty more like 60 percent ( Both amenities part of the reason why we chose this hotel for our week's stay)
Our room was very clean. The bathroom was very clean The beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows and the air conditioning worked well! The rate we secured was very reasonable for a one stay and there were plenty of restaurants nearby.
Our room was very spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The location was so convenient to our needs in the Kulpsville area and the hostess who greeted us upon our arrival was very courteous, friendly and helpful.
One thing I did not like was be obligated to do the reservation with a third party. Please make sure to have your phone available, so people can deal directly with the hotel and no a third party.
