The decor is really cool. The people were really friendly and welcoming. The hotel looks very clean. Completely dog welcoming. Helpful staff. I didn’t have a chance to try the breakfast but I’m sure it was good as well.

So many attractions, the gardens were wonderful. Hershey park expensive, however the water park was awesome. Driving to attractions was well marked. The local stores were great. The dollar store was a highlight. (so many things my local doesn't have)

We love Hershey.
We love Hershey. It's a clean, friendly city with a lot for families to do. We spent 3 days at Hersheypark, which is fantastic because the ticket includes entrance to the zoo and aquatic show, too. We paid extra for our daughter to feed a sea lion! Be sure to eat at the Chocolatier restaurant, it's amazing. We also enjoyed our second visit to Indian Echo Caverns and Toys on the Square, a giant toy shop with unique items. There is a ton more for families to do in the area that we didn't have time for. We will definitely visit Hershey again.

Really enjoyed Hershey. The Trolley Works tour was very enjoyable and chocolate world is great. Learning about the life and history of Milton Hershey was fascinating. Great place for family fun and memories.

The only problem I had was the height of the toilet and the absence of grab bars to help with getting up. Commode was pretty low.
Otherwise the hotel was fabulous, well appointed, clean comfortable and a good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff

Lovely town with plenty to do!
Lovely town with plenty to do! Lots of restaurants & shopping and of course, you have the amusement park, the chocolate factory and the hockey stadium. I have family that lives close by, so we visit often. Looking forward to returning in October for a family wedding!

I have been traveling to Hershey annually with my family for many years now and must say this year was the first to disappoint. Restaurants closed at 9pm and ones that stayed open would only take customers with reservations and turned us away. This was a first year traveling as a restricted dieter (gluten and soy free) and the options were very limited. I was thankful for fast food options like Chipotle and Cocoa Diner that were open past 9pm that had options for all of our travelers. When Hershey Park closes at 8pm you’d think restaurants would anticipate some overflow of park goers looking to eat after a day of fun! Do better Herhsey!
The hotel is tucked into a nice, quiet, quaint little neighborhood about 0.2 miles back from the main road of Chocolate Way. We only stayed one night and we were attending a show at Hershey Theatre. Hershey was packed that weekend as it was hosting many events and parking was a nightmare, so I was very pleased we were able to walk to and from the show. Many places to eat were also within walking distance. We ate breakfast at the place the hotel suggested and it was great.
Your company is a joke as I tried to change incorrect dates and you threw me into a AI bot incapabke if help the hotel has nothing to do with it so you each cover your self for maximum profit with an extremely difficult problem solve. To top it off there was no hot water she escalated and I have this recorded by Discover dot as I was already on the phone to begin the dispute process. I NI HIT WATER A JOKE GUVE NE MY MONEY BACK
The hotel is in a perfect location to everything you could possibly need whether it's a grocery store, Walmart the tanger outlets,chocolate world and hershey park are all a five to ten minute car ride.The grounds were well kept and check in was sseamless. Also has a swimming pool open til 11pm.So many wonderful things to say.
This hotel was 10 min drive from Hershey park. Plenty of Parking spots that are close to the room.
Clean room. pleasant staff. The lobby at Red Roof is closed and we had to use the lobby at best Western but that was not a problem for me because there was free coffee and tea offered at Best Western lobby.
Came to Hershey for a show..our location was perfect! Between the park...where we had a late lunch...and the theater...just a few minutes away. Coffee was hot and waiting in the morning with a nice array of fruit and cereal, omelets, yogurts and of course the famous make your own waffles

Location was great. Five-minute drive to Downtown Hershey and seven minutes to Hersheypark. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was typical hotel continental breakfast; eggs, bacon, hash browns, pancakes, etc. Well stocked and clean breakfast area.
The location was near dining options, shopping and the Hershey Giant stadium. The breakfast was delicious. The room was beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly. and accommodating. Everything was clean and inviting. We will definitely stay again.
All around amazing. Kind staff, beautiful new clean rooms, pool and gym. We were 2 women alone and felt safe and secure while we stayed when my father had surgery at hershey medical center. Could not reccomend this enough. Free brekky was so yummy too!
The hotel is dated but, we stay here pretty much everytime we are in Hershey. The price is good. The main reason we stay is the location. We love the bakery, brewery and breakfast all within walking distance. Plus the park is just down the road.
