Jessie went out of his way to ensure we had a nice stay. He immediately went to work checking closets for a pack and play I had requested. He even kept me updated on the process of finding one.
Warm breakfast items and coffee was supplied (refilled as needed).
Our room was the perfect size for our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids); we were able to comfortably fit the kids in the queen size, and adult in another queen size with a pack and play without feeling like we were on top of each other.

I didn't like anything about this hotel kids ran all night starting at 2:00 a.m. in the morning and didn't stop until 8:00 and then they started knocking on people's doors the hotel did not address it until around 8:00 when I was checking out but was well aware of it because people were making complaints. Things were not young kids these were teenage young men.

Everything. Couldn’t have found a better place to stay. Loved it!
Guests staying at this Lawrenceburg hotel are within 4 minutes’ drive of the local Bourbon distilleries Wild Turkey Distillery and Four Roses Distillery.
Frankfort was a great city to visit. There is so much to do and see all within a short distance. We enjoyed our trip and were able to visit quite a few things that we wanted to see in just a two night stay. Great food and distilleries. A huge plus is that even though it is the capital of Kentucky it is not very busy and crowded. We plan to visit again soon!

The door on our room was hard to open .
The door on our room was hard to open . If I had been there without my husband, I would not of been able to open it. you had to throw your shoulder into the door to get it open. I didn't swim in the pool, but my son and grandson did and it could of been maintained better, needed skimmed out.
The house cleaning was great, our room was very clean. I was wondering why when we had four adults in our room , we were allowed only three bath towels? We were told that was the way it was set up?
We were there for the 127 Yard sale, by the time we would come in we stayed in our room. With the Cronavirus we didn't eat at any restaurant.

There is a lot of history in Frankfort, Distilleries and Wineries in the area. Buffalo Trace Distillery I would highly recommend, we had a great time there. Their tours are FREE and they have so much to offer, beautiful grounds as well.

There is a lot to see and do in Frankfort and surrounding areas. As well as visiting family in the area we did some sightseeing , toured some distilleries and made a day trip to Mammoth Cave National Park ( about a 2 hour drive )

People are very friendly every where you go.
People are very friendly every where you go. They always say, "Be safe out there." We visited the capitol. Daniel Boones grave. Various distilleries and we did the 127 Yard Sale! Downtown area is fantastic.
We ate at Beef O'Gradys, pub and grill! Great Food.
Miguels mexican, great food.
The breakfast was good. The room was clean. But we booked all the rooms for a school dance competition and the pool was suppose to be operational but they would t let us use it. We could have stayed at another hotel with a pool had we known we wasn’t allowed to use it. And we could have stayed cheaper .
Excellent location, staff, environment, food options, clean rooms and linens, right price, , all is so good at this location. We have now made it the place to stay on our travels to east coast . The staff is so friendly and courteous and will continue to stay at this hotel chain during our travels .
What a lovely place to stay in Frankfort! This is a beautiful old home/apartment with modern updates throughout. Gorgeous high ceilings, beautiful and relaxing design, and everything you need at your fingertips. We very much enjoyed our stay and if ever in Frankfort again, would stay here again.
The hotel is very dated. But it was very clean and the beds were pretty comfortable. Staff were all very nice and courteous. I live in Frankfort so I was only here waiting to take possession of a new house. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the bed comfort.
I visited before and returned for this trip and next trip. This facility will be my go to stopping place for hotel stay. Love it!
Enjoy the atmosphere, staff, facilities and overall quality service! Excellent and well return every year and stop here at this facility.
The location was unbeatable for Frankfort! I needed to be close to the hospital for work, and this was great! We could also walk to other places downtown without a problem. The kids enjoyed the continental breakfast. And the pool was very warm and enjoyable.
We were there during covid, so breakfast was in a bag. The breakfast was good. Some cheese and biscuits or something salty added would have made it perfect. Hotel was conveniently situated and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Very clean, easy access to everything. We were very happy picking this instead of a hotel, the owners were very pleasant and made sure we had all the information we needed. We will be staying here again in the future.
Upon arriving, the hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly. I really like an outdoor pool when the weather is hot like it was during our stay. Everything was very clean. The beds were comfortable.
The rooms are large and comfortable, the location suited us and although the parking arrangement is a little strange you’re able to pull up outside the hotel to load and unload before moving the car.
Breakfast was not good there was not enough choices there was no meat and no fresh fruit I used my ticket just to get a cup of cranberry juice. I left the hotel and bought breakfast out.
We were really pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel is. It is clean, rooms are large and staff very friendly and willing to help. It was perfect for a family.
