What an amazing property! Well maintained and just a gorgeous location. It was very unique. Breakfast was delish and we had dinner in the restaurant, which was a bit pricy, but the meal was exceptional.

Clean, Quiet, friendly. Food was decent. Beds could be softer...but then I have a bad back. Loved that there was a starbucks in the lounge.

Location was great for the purpose of the trip. We got an upgrade bump due to the last storm knocking the satellite tv out in the room. Maintenance was awesome. Gave candy to the kids for helping move to relocate since the tv’s didn’t work.Staff was super friendly and helpful. Very clean, breakfast was always busy and staff worked quickly to refill all the stations. Great well maintained yard for the kids to run and play with the dog. They have magnets for the rooms with pets which I find to be very helpful when traveling with furry friends. The zero products they use are natural and worked amazing. I constantly wash my hands and I didn’t even need lotion to keep them from getting dry. The conditioner was really good. The kiddos swam a lot and the chlorine can do a number on hair. I forgot detangler for after swimming but thankfully it wasn’t needed with the zero hair products.

The staff are very friendly breakfast was actually good every had turkey sausage rooms and bathroon were clean.
Beautiful resort. The grounds are unbelievable. Room was lovely and the restaurant was outstanding. My only complaint was the bathroom in our room was much too small, and there was plenty of room for a larger footprint. Staff were excellent. Wish we were staying longer.

Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. They are very interested in making sure the guest is happy. Breakfast is amazing and the staff is lovely. It’s my 3rd time and I can’t wait to go back . Definitely a great place to go and relax. I had dinner there 2 nights at the Inn . It was great just wish the menu options wasn’t the same. Food is great.

Very disappointed when this is a Wyndham property.
Very disappointed when this is a Wyndham property. I would only give this a 2 star which is generous. Property needs to be updated! Peeling paint, lobby bathroom dirty, dated decor, toilet in my daughters room would lift up in the back which was not bolted down as well as the toilet in our room. Toilet paper holder falling off. Room was dusty. Card keys had to be programmed each day we stayed cuz their key system doesn’t communicate with the reservation system. The younger gentleman at the front desk should not be on his phone when guests are around. I was going to ask a question but he was involved in his phone. Breakfast was just okay but no excuse due to Covid cuz we stayed at other hotels this week with very good breakfast dealing during the pandemic.
Bed was comfortable. Just disappointed for the money we spent for two nights.
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Conveniently located near a supermarket and drug store. The free buffet breakfast offered a self-service waffle iron, and a rotating selection of bacon, sausages, fried eggs, hash browns and fried potatoes all of which were a cut above the standard hotel offerings. Coffee was excellent. The two breakfast room attendants were very friendly and helpful. Both elevators were operational and the wait times were minimal. Good value for the price.
Breakfast was great! Best selection during all the restrictions of COVID. Nancy who ran the breakfast room was friendly, helpful, and kept things clean, tidy and plenty of items. Jessica at the front desk was fantastic! She was able to find us rooms after our original hotel in Exton lost our reservations. The fact that the hotel was pet friendly was great.
We only had coffee in the room & lobby which was on par with most places. This is not a 5 star hotel but for what we expected it was absolutely fine. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated & front desk staff were courteous& polite. Everyone was friendly & nice. I would stay here again as there really is nothing to complain about.
The two ladies behind the reception desk the night I came in, were amazing at answering all my questions that I had about the area, they were very knowledgeable and very nice and professional, wish every hotel had people like them
The hotel was just ok. There are a lot newer and nicer hotels in the area. This was an older hotel that was remodeled. I still has the same layout as the old hotel. The rooms were nice but a little on the small side.
Staff was very friendly, room was clean, and the hotel seemed well kept. Nothing very fancy, but nice enough for an overnight stay and the event we were attending was held at this hotel which was nice.
It was my first travel experience and stay in a hotel since pre-Covid. Everything went smoothly, the room was fine and the beds were comfortable.
Thank you!
The room was very spacious. Staffs were excellent. Breakfast was top quality. Location is outstanding. If anyone wants full privacy, this is the hotel.
