The staff wasn't friendly at all. I booked this hotel because of the hot tub but all the jets didn't work. It was some kind of ribbon-cutting event so when trying to enjoy the hot tub and pool every two seconds someone was walking around because they were playing a clue game. If I had known about the event I would have chosen another hotel

We came upon a great little place to eat mammas kitchen. Great food. The OYO hotel was disgusting, we checked in went to room and we went back to office and left. It reaked of cigarettes the room was nasty, dirty . I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The pictures on the website don't match at all. Very unsanitary.

Another thing that happens.
Another thing that happens. At breakfast I stopped at the front desk to ask that they make up my room. Don’t they have a tag to put on our door for housekeeping not to make up our room. We want no one in our room. I was assured it will be entered on the computer, no door tag needed. Not only was our room entered, our bed was made, got new towels, and my pajamas placed neatly folded on the bedspread. My privacy was invaded.

A military town that has seen multiple evolutions the course of 2,000 to present. Great town saturated with lots to do and restaurants to enjoy especially if coming from a very small town as I do. Plenty of bad and trouble to find along with the good, due diligence required.

I can't say too much about Fayetteville because I generally spend 1 night there on my way to and from NYC to Sarasota. I suspect it's rather popular due to Ft. Bragg. There's a Starbucks in the area that may be one of the nicest! At 10 p.m. the only place open for food was a McDonald's.
The location and the name brand were the reasons for our choice and it did not disappoint. We are headed from PA to FL for a month and wanted an well located hotel so we could get off 95 for the night and get back on with no fuss. But we were extra pleased for a very comfortable bed, a nice shower (could be a little stronger), a nice seating area and able to watch Netflix. Breakfast is always a bonus when traveling. Thank you
I recommend this place whenever I have family or friends coming into town and they love it. They love the staff and how welcoming it is when they walk in...the rooms are always clean and they never have issues with their reservations... someone is always at the front desk to assist them with any questions and they feel comfortable even though they're not from Fayetteville
Hotel was very nice, clean. One staff person on duty was a bit stressed but handled it well.
It was odd all room doors were left ajar.
There were 2 men in the hall about midnight talking loudly. Did not approach but the impression they were associated with the hotel.
Road noise was constant.
Minor complaint. Overall very satisfied.
We were happy with the cleanliness of room. Staff was very pleasant and check in was a breeze. Had reservations. Great value for the price.Pet friendly We will definitely stay here again, Come to Fayetteville often to visit our. Children.
Highly recommend if you're in this area other motels have been disappointing.
This is a highway hotel. Most people stay one night on their way to or from Florida. This is a relatively new hotel but several things are already not functioning properly (in our room the store was not working). Also it is very pricey for what they offer and charge 75 dollars for pets.
Great location off the Highway in Fayetteville. Large rooms with beautiful facilities. The breakfast was filling with fresh waffles and a delicious oatmeal bar. Front desk staff was exceptional, especially the overnight concierge, Lacresha.
The area is centrally located for travel given its close to I-95, so this hotel is one of the few places that I will stay at when I'm in the area. The rooms are quiet and I usually don't have issues with noise when I stay at this property.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were big and beds are comfortable.
Walking distance to the mall nearby
plenty of available parking spaces.
Nearby hotel has better dining options
I loved the coffee.
Love this friendly clean hotel. Super clean!!! You could see your reflection in faucets. Room perfect size for a couple. Not a Family. Very quiet. Perfect. New place for me to stay. A+++
We used this house instead of a hotel room so our young grandson would have more room to move around. The house was perfect for this and we able to cook for the parents also.
Breakfast was good and has sufficient varieties. Our room is aesthetically pleasing and cozy. Love the modern design overall. Plenty of places to dine in around the hotel.
The continental breakfast was amazing just like the location. Minutes from the mall, food, and nightlife. The hotel smelled good and the room was comfortable and clean.
