Convenient location to 95. Easy check in, plenty of carts to load luggage. Nice lobby makes a good 1st impression. Room was bigger than expected. Did not notice any issues with the appearance of the room. Felt clean. Beds were comfortable. Glad couch had a pull out bed. For the price, really can't beat it. Breakfast was solid. 24/7 coffee too. Kids loved the pool. Can't think of one negative thing.

There was coffee in the lobby, powdered creamer not liquid, and sugar. If there was anything else for breakfast I didn’t see it. Found microwave in laundry room with vending machine and ice machine. I tried to buy a bottle of water but couldn’t figure out how to based on instructions to push numbers, etc. the room was clean, shower hot, big bed comfortable. Curtains on front window need to be replaced kept falling loose.

The hotel exceeded expectations with its apartment-like amenities such as a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. The stay was cozy, relaxing, and offered an amazing view. The guest plans to stay there again in the near future.

Located across the street from University of Delaware Stadium, this Newark hotel features an on-site fitness center and free Wi-Fi. The University of Delaware main campus is 1 mi away.
We used the Hampton Inn for a one night stopover. The hotel is undergoing refurbishment and there were further roadworks outside. Many of the facilities were not available. Breakfast was OK but nothing to write home about. To be honest, we've stayed in Hilton chain hotels in the past but this one did nothing to promote the brand. OK for a quick stopover but would not recommend for anything longer. Not a lot in the area to attract tbh.

Although where we stayed (Motel 6 at 223 Belle Hill Rd) could use some improvements, the location was great. And there are 3 other hotels nearby. We were right near the highway exit and entrance to the route we needed to take. There are 5 eating places and a gas station within a 5 - 15 minute ride/walk.

It's a truck stop old fashioned motel, but excellent condition and owners who care New tile floors; refrig and microwave; reasonablly priced and right off I 95 in MD, near the Delaware border. Bed was comfy. Only complaint is the towels were small, but had read other reviews with same comment, so we brought a couple of beach towels to shower with. There is a laundry room and some vending machines at the motel and several fast food places next door......

We liked the location of the hotel- accessible to restaurants, gas and highway. Cracker Barrel was literally next door (we walked across the parking lot), Waffle House and Dunkin Donuts were around the bend. It was clean, pet- and family-friendly. It has FREE, outdoor parking on site. The grounds and decor inside were beautiful. Early complimentary breakfast option from 630 to 930 am which included waffles, not just cold, continental grab and go. Elkton was calm and had placed we'd like to visit if we were in the area again.

The location was great for where I needed to be the next day. But, myself and two minor females were placed in a room facing away from the road, and there was dumpsters w/ mattresses & furniture all a along the back. It was awful, and terrifying to think we'd be staying the night somewhere neglected.

love the sheets, so soft and smell clean. Bathroom always spotless. Room always spotless. There was a water leak not there fault. I really love this hotel. There was a lot of noise due to cleaning up the water problem.
There was nothing to like about the room, The room was filthy, food, dirt, hair ants, everywhere, also there was old socks and underwater in the bathroom, TV didn't have any volume that worked and the people in the room next door lived there and had a party, loud music, swearing, yelling all night until 4am, we didnt get any sleep, we complained about the issues and nobody did anything to correct the problem, I will never pay to stay in your hotel ever again
Rooms were a lot better than motel 6, I have a dog that comes with me everywhere because he has separation issues but we had to end up going to motel 6 because they didn’t have any pet friendly rooms available. but when I did stay here it was nice, rooms were clean and the bed was nice. Rooms are spacey and comfy.
The WiFi worked really well, and the AC was great. I enjoyed the privacy. And the clientele seemed, working class, people who minded their own business. That was pleasant, that's what you expect. I enjoyed the emersion of the hotel/motel, in somewhat of a semi-forest area. The environment was pleasant.
it was on of the cleanest hotels with the friendliest staff that we have stayed at. The staff even went out of their way to give us some suggestions of which restaurant would deliver. we choose their top choice which lead to some of the best cheesesteaks we’ve had.
It was a great staying at a privately owned hotel vs one of the chains. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a nice layout with a nostalgic vibe. We walked to a local park with our dog. And the price was great
the hotel was a quick 15 minute drive to the event we were attending. While the location was close to our event it was also in a sort of industrial area with several low end hotels. I felt safe and secure T the Hampton Inn
no breakfast, could do a breakfast carryout bag. on a main road-but heard no noise hwy :) pet friendly :) owner showed me room, working of all devices-very helpful and nice.
Room was spacious with even a separate sitting area. Jacuzzi big and plenty of linens. View pleasing and breakfast delicious.
There is a trail out back and through a wooded area near a creek which we enjoyed.
Great and accommodating staff, super clean, best beds ever, perfect for fishermen with boats, appreciate the efforts to keep prices reasonable when surrounding hotels are price gouging

The room was dirty had one towel one washcloth I had to go get more no breakfast in the morning and the Wi-Fi was terrible I wouldn't recommend that hotel to know
