Stay on the East side of town, not the West, cuz it’s ghetto as f. You definitely don’t feel safe there. Last time I loved it, but I stayed at Clarion on Ft Bliss base. This time I didn’t have my military son with me and it was sketchy. If I have to do it again, I’ll be more picky.

I was pleasantly surprised that El paso has so many buildings with interesting architecture.... really enjoyed walking around and getting to know this historic city that is NOT just a border town. I plan to come back for the ghost tour to better visit the historic sites

The fully functioning kitchenette was wonderful! My husband and like felt we we’re having a pre Valentine’s dinner celebration with out late take out dinner. Although we missed the Social Hour that the hotel arranged. Everything about our stay was Superb! The best hotel experience ever!!!

There are plenty of things to see or visit or do in El Paso. There is a lot of history here. It is a border town and the gateway to Ciudad Juarez, so you will find that it is migrant territory, and especially with what is going on lately, just be careful. El Paso has some of the best Mexican cuisine in the country

The city's traffic is awful, rude drivers everywhere don't seem to care about who's around them. The world revolves around them. The hotel was a nightmare, the staff only took care of you if you didn't speak English and crossed the border illegally. If you're American, good luck getting checked in. The local shopping mall was crowded and expensive to shop in. In four small items bought, I spent close to $150.00 and this was at a novelty store. It's not about the season anymore it's about the almighty dollar.
This was the best place!! We hope to stay again when we are in El Paso. It is centrally located, but not in a congested area. Every detail was perfect! It was clean, comfortable, there was coffee, snacks, linens were abundant and clean. There was a nice little kitchen area. The lighting was good, there were several nice sitting areas including a little porch with ceiling fans. It had lots of storage area for clothes and to put luggage out of the way. It felt so very comfortable and so much better than a hotel.
We stayed at the Quality Inn EL Paso Airport East this hotel needs too be shut down!!
We stayed 1 day the Tv never came on,maintenance never showed up, the room was disappointing it had ink all over the tub, the baseboards were falling off, a man was walking around the hotel with a gun spraying the fire extinguisher, call police they never showed up till the next morning, breakfast room had spoiled milk, no cereal no coffee the hotel is a disgrace!!!!

did not have breakfast due to inconsiderate employee.. She was to busy feeding her co-worker and conversing with the Airport Driver. I as well as a couple of other customers walked out without so much as coffee because there was none to be had due to the employee was to interested in having conversations with co-workers. This was substandard and I will never return to this Hotel again. There are two many choices in the El Paso area for me to never return again.
Terrible service doors broken room was disgusting had black mold near the ac and doors worst place iv ever stayed and the staff treated us like trash I didn’t even stay the second night I got another hotel room at the residence because it was so disgusting. After I told the staff that the door at THE ONLY ENTRANCE AT THE BACK OF THE BACK OF THE HOTEL WAS BROKEN AND I HAVE TO WALK AROUND EVERY SINGLE TIME TO GET IN TO MY ROOM. The guy said ok we’ll get to it
You can always tell how good the hotel is by the carpeting (smell, clean or dirty look, if it looks well worn or not). this one was old. When we first got to the room, there was a puddle of water in the bathroom. We were able to move to another, no problem. When we checked out, we did not get the requested receipt. Still waiting.
There way nothing that I liked about this hotel. They wouldn't even give me a late checkout. Said they needed me out of the room in 30 minutes. When I left the room they didn't even clean it while I was there waiting for a ride for 2 hours, but no late checkouts.
The hotel location is excellent, the parking lot had plenty of space.
The room was very quiet, I had a very good sleep.
The breakfast is different that the one shown in the pictures. They give it to you "to go" (paper bag with apple, water and a grannola bar).
The staff and manager they where very nice and helpful they offered an upgrade for one of the rooms for a suite and give us a direct access to it thanks for that and you can notice it is a new hotel, and nice valet parking team.
Helpful and supportive customer service during check-in issues. Room was quite spacious and the amenities in the bathroom were from a decent brand, compared to the rating of the hotel.
The location was perfect for our needs to be near medical facility. The breakfast was great, and the convenience meals from the small store area in hotel were also good and reasonable
This is an upscale hotel in the center of El Paso. It’s top notch- you can’t go wrong with this place. breakfast was great- wasn’t included, but that may have been an option.
