Excellent location and the staff is great. Very friendly and welcoming. Hallways smelled of cigarette smoke and were dark. Felt kinda creepy. But the room was nicely clean, no smoke smell at all, excellent shower, comfy room. Had everything I needed. Hotel is older or feels older and worn. All in all it is safe, clean and friendly.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the entire place was clean and comfortable with plenty of places to sit and work or relax outside of your room.. The room was quiet, clean, and well laid out. The pool was warm and the pool room had a nice atmosphere. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

I wasn't looking for a hotel with any special features as it was for one night while arriving after a 3 leg air journey and I was on the way somewhere else. If the free breakfast had a wider selection I would have rated it higher. It was very close to interstate I-91 and that was most important to me

Disappointed in my hotel stay.
Disappointed in my hotel stay. When this place was Crowne Plaza this was the hotel to stay at. Since becoming Raddison Inn now to Red Lion. It seems like a Lion ran through this place. The only thing that may bring me back there is the pool it self. Even though the jacuzzi was out of order and the ceiling above the jacuzzi look like it was going to cave in.
The front desk personnel were excellent. They always greeted me and wished me well when I left for the day. I left my tablet outside on a bench and remarkably, someone turned it in. When I called the hotel they went above and beyond to get it to me. We used the "Return Service" that you contract with, Get My Stuff or something like that. I had it back within a week and co I ld watch its progress. Great service and great concept. Thanks for making it available to people.
I absolutely adore every single one of these employees at work at the super 8 in Cromwell they are the nicest was understanding and fair hotel customer service I have ever encountered and I recommend them to everybody I know I'm staying in a one-bedroom suite A real bedroom love it can have my dog he loves all the company they have a dog park in the back good parking Walmart down the street you can't beat it give them

I loved our checkin. The reception was wonderful and the host was fabulous! We dealt with him several times throughout the night. I wish there was more information about available restaurant food within the hotel...like room service. That’s what we wanted. Breakfast seemed to be the only focus. The bed, sheets, pillows and comforter were fabulous! Perfect staycation!❤️

Staff was very polite. Reasonable variety of breakfast options given COVID restrictions. Convenient location for us, as we were in the area for my daughter’s graduation from Wesleyan.
The location met our needs as we had to stay in the area to take care of our family of dogs. My daughter works 2 jobs and has no time to care for them during the day.
