We were just there for a quick trip but would of liked to stay longer. Maybe next time we can plan a longer trip. We just ate at Texas Road House. It's busy in Concord but it's easy to get where your going.

i asked for a discount for our stay and was told by Stephanie she would give me points to use the next time we stay at a Holiday Inn Express and Suites but i am not sure we will be using the company again. We booked the hotel because it has a outside pool and brought swim suits and even bought new swim trunks for my son and husband and the pool was closed. the website for the hotel said the pool was already open and it was not. I asked for a discount and then was told to call booking.com i did and Hiba said she would contact Stephanie about it and she would call, text or email me back. I got a email saying they would only offer points for our next stay at one of their facilites.... this is not acceptable because our trip was not what we planned and spent money for.

Me and my friends came to the 4 wide race to watch the drag race and it was great. But I would say Home Town Suites of Red Roof is the worst facility I have ever been to that was infested with roaches

Great area. Close to Charlotte and an easy drive in. There is a lot to do in and around Concord. Definitely worth a trip. Check out the Botanical Gardens at UNC Charlotte. Even in Autumn it was a very nice place to visit.

The bed pillows were mini?
The bed pillows were mini? Also the hair dryer hung on bathroom wall did not work. The room and hotel was very clean, friendly staff, satisfying breakfast, good outlets for phone, etc. Nice size tv and bed was comfy!
Location is great location for attending race track activities. I always like a good hotel waffle and breakfast had 2 waffle machines which was nice. Real bacon at breakfast was also a nice surprise although was not in a draining pan so bottom bacon was swimming in 1/8 inch of grease. Wall A/C unit was modern and had a nice constant sound to provide some white noise for sleeping comfortably. Bed was comfortable. Room surfaces seemed to be clean.
I chose this hotel because of its proximity to Great Wolf Lodge. There were plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. The best thing I can say about our room was that the shower worked and had plenty of hot water and the bedspreads looked newer. That's all of the high points.
Close to the PNC Pavillion. Room was extremely large for the price. Also the front desk staff was extremely helpful, and friendly. Most of all I loved that this hotel was pet friendly.
Nice staff. I was really worried based on the other reviews but it wasn't as bad as I expected. Obviously not the nicest hotel I've ever been in, but it was fine for a couple nights.
I had a wonderful experience! Rooms were clean and beautiful. The hotel was amazing! They accidentally overbooked, so I got a free upgrade! Will definitely stay here again!
