The daily breakfast is the gem of this spot. Air tub was a nice amenity. Kitchen is fully equipped. The antique farm decoration was neat.

Breakfast was average. There was a wedding the night we stayed. Lots of noise. Room definitely not sound proof. We have stayed at many B&Bs before. This one seemed very impersonal. Little to no interaction with staff. The property is very old & well kept, beautiful building. Nice for a wedding venue , not great being a guest there while a wedding is happening.

The location was close to the attraction we were attending.
There is really not much there, except turkey hill...
There is really not much there, except turkey hill experience. And a museum of clocks. We were there for a weekend of geocaching so it was ok. If you want to be a tourist and do the Amish things and shopping this is not the area to stay. I would go further on route 30 where the tourist stuff is, or to the north near narvon or honey brook. Its nicer in that area.

Booking . Com lost our reservation.
Booking . Com lost our reservation. Upon arrival was told no accommodations were available.
After approximately thirty minutes, and a lot of complaints the hotel miraculously found two rooms for my party.
I will never use booking . Com again.
