Graduation weekend at UMASS. Reasonably priced, 30 min from campus. Room appeared to have been recently painted. Clean. Comfy beds. Fridge in room. Small table with chairs. Plenty of outlets. Would definitely go back.

Overall, we had a good stay at Hampton Inn. The rooms were nice and spacious. The hotel provides coffee and breakfast.

This is truly a small slice of heaven. Quintessential Vermont view, with the bonus of being INSIDE!!! You can’t beat a toasty warm sauna with a window to a sunlit view of a wintry wonderland! Easy to find, friendly staff and clean room. Comfortable bed and awesome cinnamon roll at breakfast. We chose to stay here after being stuck in a snowstorm, and we got the last room thankfully! Great place to spend the night.

There are not many hotels in the Deerfield MA area. We chose the Red Roof Inn in South Deerfield, which was a bit sad and worn, but clean; it met our needs. The front desk person was quite accommodating. We were originally scheduled for a two-night stay, but due to a need to be in Providence RI very early the morning following our second night, we decided it would be best to stay closer to Providence for the second night. Working with her boss via telephone, she was able to work out our reservation and allow the change from a two-night stay to one-night with no additional charge. She was very organized and a good problem solver, which we appreciated very much.

I wish I could give more stars for service. The owners are the most amazing people you will ever meet. I went here with my pup and we were both treated so well. They knew my dog Sami by name, spoke to her and gave her treats. When I called to check out the next day, the owner asked how Sami was doing and how everything was. When I was checking in, they gave me a ton of recommendations on where to see covered bridges and where to eat that was dog friendly. I did both things and it was incredible. I now know that I need to spend more time in this amazing town.
Now for my room, it was so clean!! Everything was perfect. I was so comfortable and loved how adorable this place was. The bed was so comfortable, I loved how close the place was to everything. It was a quiet night for us.
I travel with my dog everywhere. This by far was the best experience for my furbabe and by the way, the cheapest pet fee ever!
I cannot say enough pawsitive things about this place. Please go here and please spend time at the local parks. The whole city was breathtaking and I cannot wait to go back.
