Everything from calling when my plans changed and I needed to add an extra day, the staff was amazing and super helpful getting another day added. They were in there, keeping the room up and towels stocked since we were there for a week. The room was clean looking and smelled great. The whole place was super quiet. You could barely tell there were any other guests. The location is great for just about anything, whether you need a restaurant, a quick trip to Six Flags, a Rangers game, or ATT stadium is within a short drive. It's centrally located between Dallas and FT. Worth to do just about anything. Didn't use the pool but it was clean and the area was kept up nice.
This place is amazing to stay at and should definitely be at the top of your list for choices.

I was there only to visit my daughter. I needed a place to sleep and they allowed me to check in early after a red eye flight, waking at 1 am, drive 2 hours away, board a flight, rent a car and go directly to the hotel at 10 am. They allowed me to check in around noon, which I appreciated, and was worth paying for. They were very kind and accommodating to me. The area was very nice, close to food and shopping, and a spa and movie theater and arcade. The city is not a place I'd go again for any reason but my daughter.

Arlington had a lot of conveniences and Six Flags over Texas was a great place to hang out on a warm spring day. It is a great jumping off point for going into Dallas while not spending tons of money and it was easy to get around, even relying on Uber.

I love the Arlington area.
I love the Arlington area. I come here every year for the Cowboys Games. I now know my way around Arlington. This has everything you need if you don't plan on going out side of Arlington. Tons to do from eating out at a restaurant, movies, shopping, nail salons. You name it.

The hotel was undergoing renovation.
The hotel was undergoing renovation. The in room phone did not work and there was no effort to fix it during our stay. The water pressure was awful. There was a hole in the bathroom wall. The in room hair dryer didn't work. Did not offer in room wifi.

Only went for Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor, this trip was for the kid. The kid had a great time, probably enjoyed HH more. As an adult, I found most of the staff at Six Flags to be utterly lacking in simple courtesy or offering any sense of customer service at all. A couple of the ride monitors barely spoke English, which is very disconcerting if one has a question about one of the more advanced rides. We won’t be going back. I’m sure Arlington has a lot more to offer in entertainment for grown-ups, though, and I’ll be up for that.
The rooms are so nice and clean!! (The whole hotel is!)
The beds are very comfortable.
Love that there’s a seating area within your room for working or eating at your convenience.
The pool area was beautiful and the gym was equipped with everything you needed!!!
The younger lady that was on duty the second have of my stay was AMAZING! She made sure to take care of me and my littles in the best way and she should be praised!!
We will definitely be back!! This will be my go to spot when in Arlington!!!
This is the best place to stay in Arlington! Easy to get to Cowboys and Ranger games or Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor. The breakfast is amazing and free. Starbucks coffee and a bar all in hotel. Rooms are big with a sofa and little kitchen area. I’ve been coming to Arlington for games and theme park vacations for 15 years and stayed at just about every hotel around here. This one is the best! Only sad that it took me so long to find out about it.
It was ok but we encountered bed bugs. My brother woke up with bed bug bites all over him. I informed the staff and we were given another room. We woke up the next morning with roaches on the bed. We had expected to enjoy some breakfast and coffee and they had no service at all like they had advertised. Our stay at the hotel was very poor. I do hope they can improve their situation.
We enjoyed our stay . The hotel was very clean the pool as well. I can not say enough about the staff. SO friendly and on top of things !!! They go out of thier way to make sure your stay is comfterable and with such great additudes. I love the family feel of the staff. We truly enjoyed ourselves . We will certainly stay again next time were in Arlington .
Front desk staff were super nice & accommodating! Enjoyed speaking with them! Location of this hotel is fantastic if you need to get to anything around the downtown Arlington area. We went to AT&T Stadium & loved the fact it was only 5 minutes away. We plan to stay here again when we visit for Six Flags, Globe Life Field, etc.
Everything is the property is amazing, Manager dee was very helpful and was already checking with us if everything was ok in the room, there were many restaurants nearby the hotel , cowboys stadium is walking distance from the property. Will come back everytime whenever im in arlington
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is gorgeous, nice views, walkable grounds. Cut n Bourbon was excellent!! Try the carrot cake, it will not disappoint!! The bed was comfortable and the halls were quiet in the evening and early morning. I look forward to returning.
The location overall was great. The only disappointment was as soon as you walked in the hotel it smelled like weed. The room overall was pretty nice and clean. Breakfast was pretty good as well and management was good as well.
Locale lent to my positive revue as it is close to the ballpark. The trolley stops right at the hotel to boot! Also a nice Mexican restaurant across the back parking lot is quite convenient.
The receptionist Shay was very nice and attentive to our needs. She made the check in and Check out process very easy. This will be our hotel to stay in when ever we are in Arlington.
The size of the room, comfortable beds. The hotel staff is very nice and accommodating. The lobby and breakfast area was very clean, and restocked when asked.
