Family-owned and operated. I was impressed that when they made a mistake in their favor they not only found it and corrected it. Then they called me to notify me. Bed was very comfortable.
The best thing about this hotel was Johnny at the front desk. We had difficulty with the booking and our credit card, and he was awesome, making calls for us and getting things taken care of. The hotel itself was newly remodeled and clean. The breakfast was good, the standard fare for hotel breakfasts.
I have visited this location numeral times and the staff is always friendly & hotel is always welcoming & comfortable. It’s always the perfect getaway & the city of Andalusia, AL Christmas Candy-land is always beautiful.👍🏼
We were provided clean towels. The room was decently clean. The sweet lady, Mary, who provides the breakfast in the mornings needs a raise because she was the best thing about this hotel.
