This is a new, modern, and stylish hotel right on the river with a nice park-like space next to it, a 15-minute walk to the city center. Other reviews show that it is very popular for weddings or other events, but my friends and I stayed here as regular guests. The staff were generally friendly and accommodating, but they also seemed a little inexperienced, so be patient with their mild unprofessionalism/confusion. Although the room is smaller than what I usually get at a hotel, it was cozy and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. We ate several times at the restaurant and were very pleased with dinner and dessert.
People are not friendly. Some men there look like they want to arrest people who go to the store. Not many things to do there. Some may committ crime there. I don't recommend this city for anyone.
