Great hotel with friendly customer service and good food. It is a smaller hotel with a restaurant on the main floor. They do have large rooms downstairs or upstairs if you want to rent for weddings, parties, or privately for you and your loved one.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with nice television and air conditioners. The bathroom is super clean with very aromatic shampoo. Their is a very nice restaurant downstairs with nice menu for breakfast lunch and dinner. Outside there are sits where you can relax and take pictures. Stella hotel is literally the best hotel in Ternopil, this is our 3rd visit there and it always exceeds our expectations each time. I 1000% recommend!!!

A wonderful, huge lake in the city center. Lots of places for beautiful walks - parks and around the lake. Calm and friendly. Friendly people. I would classify the place as safe (except for hostilities in the country).

I highly recommend staying at the Hotel Ternopil for the...
I highly recommend staying at the Hotel Ternopil for the best view of the lake and continually visiting the city center for great restaurants and cafes. Outside of the center, Kovcheg and Stariy Miln are outstanding theme restaurants that must not be missed! Although there are many parks and museums throughout the city, I find that just sticking to the main square or the lake are all you need to enjoy Ternopil.

A very tranquil and meditative city that I enjoyed a lot, especially after Kyiv. A picturesque lake with nearby parks alone make the city worthy of visiting. Easy to navigate without a map. Truely historical beautiful centre. If the weather was better (almost November), would definitely enjoy the parks more which I imagine are wonderful in hot weather. Do not visit during rainy weather - or live on the top of the hill, so that water does not splash at you when you walk up the streets leading to the city centre. Optimal duration of stay: weekend/3 days max.

It looks like a small Britain colony which left 100 yrs ago and now city tries to leave their own life but with not so fast tempo as big megapolises which is fun to stay here for a few days if you want to enjoy nice food, drink and music.

What a beautiful city. It's a gem that needs to be explored. Large lake in the middle of Ternopil, stunning parks, lots of cafes and restaurants. The locals are friendly.
Take a boat trip around the lake. Then take a walk in Shevchenko park exploring its little bridges and islands. Climb up the lit-up water steps into the city. Sit down with a coffee overlooking the Dominican Cathedral. Soak up the atmosphere! Unforgettable!

Great city, very clean, quiet and friendly people. Local food just exceptional, restaurants "Mlyn" and "Faine Misto" other cafe, bars and the coffee shops good to spend a little time to taste the coffee in different cafe....
In general, quite acceptable. Located near the market, can be quite hard to reach on foot, if you don't know the city
Room was great, clean and everything needed was provided
Peculiar approach to stairs - if you have heavy luggage or have troubles with stairs in general, there's a lot to enter the hotel, and if you sleep on the fourth floor - you go by foot
Staff is friendly and will try to help you out in need, but still has to abide by hotel rules (refer to cash below)
Interesting location; a refurbished office building with one level changed to comfortable large Hotel rooms.
Breakfast in the Night Club ?! but good breakfast and friendly service.
The reception, totally depends on who is working there, one English speaking lady was very effective. The others impossible to communicate with. Concerning the WIFI. Rather make it paid for, but then it should work. With the current connection an impossible situation.
Room big, light and clean, good conditioning. Great lakeview with majestic sunsets. (I wish there were special pillows to sit near windows). All initial amenities are included. Breakfast with number of options to choose, for 3 nights I choose new option each morning and was pleased (there were more). From hotel to city center goes comfortable pedestrian way within lake embankment through city park.
Hotel Location good. Clean Room. Bathroom Clean, But they must spray some room freshener, Because bathroom smell a lil bit. All other very good. Bathroom clean. But you must know, No fridge or chiller in room. You will ironer for clothes. Staff Good, We forget our Computer mouse, They send security person very fast downstairs and called us and gave computer mouse. Very good and honest.
Restaurant open every time I was hungry, the sauna was available every time I asked in the past, everything worked every time, staff did everything possible to communicate in my language and the few that didn't speak English helped with their own devices. You can't say anything bad about this hotel because there is nothing bad
The hotel is placed in a very quiet area, but still it is very close to the city. The hosts are very freindly and helpful. You can also have a nice breakfast there.
There is a free parking there, which is very comfortable, but you can also get there by taxi.
Next time I am coming to Ternopil I will definetly stay there.
A lovely hotel with attentive staff. We liked the room, how everything was organized, and the comfort. The bed was comfortable and clean. We didn’t hear the noise from the street, in spite of there is a road close. The extra convenience was the free parking near the hotel.
A very good hotel, in a great location. Rooms are good size. We book a Suite here, its a huge room, huge bathroom. Panorama Restaurant is a lovely spot to watcht he sun go down, dont expect great service, but food is good, and the view is the best in Ternopil.
The hotel is one of the only few places in Ternopil with 24/7 electricity. It's connected to the railway grid so it's working even during power outages.
