Everything was wonderful. The view from the restaurant and pool is fabulous. The room is big and comfortable. Food is very delicious and reasonably priced. And all the staff is very kind, professional and beautiful human beings. Without a doubt I would stay here again. There are also a few things to do in the area in case you want to venture out and do other things.

This place has an amazing ambient and a beautiful soul! It was like a hub for the coolest people from every country, looking for a peaceful, extremely relaxed vacation in a bit of wilderness, heartfelt conversations with alcohol next to the fire… it’s all in the package, and as a bonus you get one of the best teams - owners and staff members that are right there for you literally every minute. Thank you all guys- Benjamin, Annick, Cliffton, Melania, Elisabeth and others whose names we did not get to know;) You were all so amazing that even after two weeks it was a pity to leave. We look forward to meeting you all again! PS. A big thanks to Cliffton for recommending us Malaika, We enjoyed it to the fullest ;-)

It’s a very quiet and enjoyable place and you can book lots of activities from there but overall there is not much going outside the hotels. The public beach doesn’t have any good restaurants or shops so you’re pretty much tied to your resort.

The staff and the hotell facilties are the absulute best. The location is more quiet then other places, they do not have a beach like Kendwa but it you are just looking to relax a couple of days this does not matter. It is like on a little cliff, sooo nice!

Kizimkazi is a village, although in fact there are 2 distinct and separate areas, with 2 beaches. The rest of the area is comprised of large, private self-contained resorts with their own private stairways. There is not much to explore, but boat owners offer big-game fishing and dolphin-watching. There are only 2 restaurants, although some of the private resorts offer their restaurants to the public; but at a price. Hardly any touting which is nice; 3 or 4 days is probably sufficient to see all there is to see.

Remote, quiet place with super friendly staff, good food and enough relax space, sunbeds and hamocks to enjoy this little piece of paradise. By the way: I read in some comment that supposedly water bottles would cost 10$. We paid 2$ for a large bottle, which I think is fair given transportation etc.. I recommend asking the hotel for the pick-up from the airport, as it is not easy to find for anybody not familiar with the last kilometer. All in all we had a wonderful stay and are very grateful to the marvellous team at Kusini!

I spend a wonderful relaxing moment in Kizimkazi, out of the north chaos. Love the charm of Kamaleon Blue. Does not give you the routine of common Zanzibar's hotel vibe at all. I loved my room, very stylish and cozy at the same time, clean and spacious. The bed!!! The staff was extremely efficient and friendly but not intrusive. The property had a fantastic position just next to the sea. and also a swimming pool where I enjoyed the early morning jet lag. Loved it!

The staff at the hotel were very delightful and helpful, although sometimes you felt quite hurried to finish your meal by their constant hovering, I guess they were trying to make sure they were available when needed. The pool area and lounge chairs were very comfortable and the Japanese restaurant was a great experience. The food in general was really nice and they had a variety of meal options.

The room was very spacious and had two double beds in it as well as a ventilator. The owner is really nice and can provide you with a lot of information about activities not just for Kizimkazi but for stone town as well. The breakfast was exquisite with a fruit platter and lots of different food for you to try
