Both facilities and service is really great and there are plenty of activities offered. Rooms are spacious. The outdoor pool area is fantastic and they have a drink bar in direct conjunction which we seldom have seen in Taiwan - awesome!

this is an old building with nice theme decorations , it’s pretty cool
we had AC problems with the room late night, and they moved us to another one smaller unit, upon check out they refunded us the difference and gave us a tiny present and most importantly an apology note, certainly made everything very forgiving

The owners are very hospitable and friendly! They really go out of their way to make sure that you’re comfortable and happy. I asked one of the owners if they had a recommendation for food close by and she promptly asked if beef noodle soup was ok. I said yes and she proceeded to walk me around the corner to the restaurant , but they were closed as were most other restaurants we tried to go to because of Chinese New Year. I mentioned to her that we would just order something from Uber Eats. As we were about to order, she approached us and asked if we wanted dumplings that she could prepare. We gratefully accepted her offer and the rest is history! Very nice people that i will never forget! Thanks again for the wonderful experience!
