Good location on the main road with many shops and dining options. Friendly owners and great price for a private room with AC. Some cool vintage architectural elements, kind of like an old Soviet hotel in a way. Bed was very hard, but surprisingly very comfortable. TV with a lot of channels and AC worked well, though once the room cooled down, the fan and open window were good enough for sleeping. Bike storage in lobby.

Set in an aboriginal village on the edge of the jungle. You can hear the deer at night and there are monkey and birds very close. Early in the morning as we rode out on our bikes on the back road we saw a giant squirrel and a Taiwan blue pheasant.
