I have to praise the animators in particular, they were absolutely amazing. The staff in the dining room was also excellent, the staff at the bar as well, with one exception (horrible bartender - unpleasant, arrogant and even verbally aggressive). It's a shame because the other bartenders were absolutely amazing.

A terrible experience for me and my family. very dirty rooms...
A terrible experience for me and my family. very dirty rooms (i requested room change twice), no A/C, no internet in room or even floor other than lobby (very poor signal in lobby), no tv remote all rooms and only 6 Tunisian channels, no iron, no parking inside hotel except for about 12 to 16 cars, phone present but doesn't work, no consistent hot water, broken faucet, clogged sink and Beth tub, broken door luck that can be opened even after locking without key, housekeeping ladies very unprofessional and seems being hired with absolutely no training, they refused to change towels until I showed my frustration to the receptionist, very loud DJ in the pool almost all day, dangerous play in the pool (water polo and volleyball for adults around very you kids), pool closes at 6 and beach long chairs are taken away at 6 pm. bedding reminds me of the boys scout beds and worse. The food was The Only thing good but very dirty kitchen and dinning area. I traveled from the US to this hotel and wasted my vacation, my money and my family happiness at this place. Think 10 times before you book. Sincerely. Samir B.
Our stay was wonderful. The property is absolutely beautiful and clean. The breakfast that Sarah serves in the morning was great probably the best food we had on our trip through Egypt and Tunisia. Each room had its own unique style and name we were in Elise the place is just beautiful and such a great value. And a big thanks to the Dar Benti for letting us leave with out being able to pay at check out and letting us wire a payment to them when we got back home to Idaho USA thank you so very much Scott
Very lovely Resort with plenty of activities to do. The pools are great and the animation team is very friendly as all of the staff. The food on the buffet was amazing, always fresh with a lot of options to choose from. The Hotel is very close to the Monastir Airport about 3kms and you can get a bus from there to the front gate of the hotel for 1 dinar.
We stayed for 3 nights because we had planned to go to another city and we wished to stay longer. We will come back for sure.
We called Hamdi the manager, and he met us at the property and took us to the apartment. He actually gave us a choice. We chose a suite with kitchen, washing machine, WiFi, and a lovely living room overlooking the harbor. Hamdi also helped us arrange a trip to Kairouan, and came with us to translate. Cap Marina is a beautiful place, but not as touristy as Monastir center. Yet, it is clsoe to the train station, Ribat, and the Medina.
alot of activities ..alot of places ...
I was skeptisch about divided small houses .. but was another different experience compared to other hotels ...
The reception was a nice guy called Ahmad ..was friendly and Helpfully ..
The hammam and spa was really nice ...the girls had very nice experience...
The workers were so active to clean and make guests happy ...and in the restaurants were really fast compare to other hotels ....
We are not beach hotel let alone all inclusive kind of people but liked it here quite a bit. We stayed for three nights but only had breakfast here.
The hotel is fairly new and offers everything you need. The staff is super friendly and they even upgraded us to a better room. The rooms are spacious and decorated with an eye for detail. The breakfast offers a good variety of foods and the value for money is very high!
The staff in reception are incredibly rude, they did not listen to any of our concerns regarding the change of room due to the room smelling like cigarettes. The rooms are not 5 star standard (not even 2 stars hotels have such rooms) and the air conditioning is very noisy. In the swimming pool there is very loud music all day long and it is difficult to relax.
For our last day, I changed the room and took a better room (the first deluxe room was already great) but the suite was beyond great, the view was marvelous, you get first premium tickets with a great view of all concerts, very spacious, you get 2 showers, 2 toilets and 2 TVs with inbuilt smart apps, such as Netflix and more.
Overall the hotel is was great.
Great apartement near the beach. It is very spacious and has modern furniture and aircondition. Well equipped kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms. Quick wifi.
Very friendly owner: juice and some sweets as a welcome present for guests.
Calm neighboorhoud.
By car you reach the center of Monastir within a few minutes. Parking right next to the apartement.
It was close to the center of the city, so you can get to any place within 5 minutes.
It has a vintage style in the ancient town (traditional, المدينة العربي ) of Monastir, so it is like a trip to the past.
Everything is close by and you get to experience the lifestyle of people there 🥰
An excellent location very close to the market, the seafront and the major sights in Monastir. Nicely decorated with a sunny terrace. Very peaceful. Anastasia is a delightful and welcoming host, always ready to help with problems or questions
Hotel is nice and clean. Outdoor pool is good and all the hotel communal areas are pleasant and clean. All the staff are great, from the reception, bar, restaurant, animation and cleaning staff.
Simple place to stay in the centre of Monastir. Close to the beach and supermarkets. Comfortable stay and good value for money. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Everything was more than perfect, it is a rare kind of experience in which every single aspect of the hotel is well thought through and executed perfectly!
