This place has a lot of potential. The accommodation is nice, good layout, comfortable. The pool on the deck was clean and a refreshing temperature. The staff were super helpful, the restaurant had amazing food. It is, however, missing a few things… a garbage in the kitchen, dish cloths and tea towels, enough outside seating and it needs more places to hang wet towels and clothing. If these simple details were attended to, it would be easy to give this place a 5/5.

Amazing three bedroom villa with a great pool. Perfect place for spending time with friends. The staff were incredible and were able to meet us earlier than the 3PM check-in time which was very nice.

I was pleasantly surprised by just how lovely the Salad Beach Resort was. The location was PERFECT!!! Awesome sandy beach but fantastic snorkeling as well if you swam out a bit. The pool was incredible and so refreshing. Great lounge chairs at both the "beach side" and the poolside. Amazing restaurant with great options for sunset meals on the beach as well. Lots of mini-marts and convenience stores nearby plus a 7-11 not to far away as well if you have a motorcycle. But my room was wonderful and a good size with a lovely balcony too. Super comfortable large king sized bed. Mini-fridge was very appreciated as well.

Lovely clean powdered sand beach.
Lovely clean powdered sand beach. Several dining and refreshment options along the beach. The sea is clear and there's a reef off shore - snorkelling is excellent. That said it's worth getting some water / beach shoes when entering the sea - there's is rocks and coral but there's also section of pure soft sand. Magnificent sunsets facing the west with views to Koh Samui and Koh Tao

After having to pay more for our accommodation because the room wasn’t suitable, we ended up paying a lot more than we thought the accommodation was worth. The bed was creaky and uncomfortable but the staff and cleanliness made up for it.

The Hotel was very badly maintained all around. The Rooms (our 3 bedroom Villa) was nice inside, but outside the surrounding had a lot of maintenance items missing. There was no service at the pool. the restaurant only really did service on there patio, So you felt that you were on your own. But the good side was that there was plenty of sunbeds to use, maybe because nobody really wanted to hang around inside the hotel. The beach was fantastic, but although the restaurant was just next to it, there was no options for service from the hotel on the beach either. No dining with your feet in the sand, which was possible at other hotel further down the beach. Sorry to say, but Salad Buri is way to expensive for the service and standard being supplied.

The stuff was super unprofesional. Solving of prroblems was really bad. Room service forgot to lock our room so it was half day unlocked. We had broken ac for one day. Teo nights there was some annoying neighbours which was drunk playing loud music and nobody dont care about it. Also the resort by itself was old and there was a lot of broken things. Restaurant was really not good…we was in most expensive villa but our stay was awful. There is plenty better hotels on this beach.

Basic comfortable aircon room with large balcony with hammock right on beach. Perfect to relax in quiet with many restaurants nearby. You need a motorbike or car to be able to access many beautiful places on koh phangan. Staff at Haad Salad Villa were excellent and very attentive. I recommend this villa if to rewind reset yourself.

Beautiful beach with crystal clear water and soft sand. Perfect for kids and families as well as couples and solo travellers like myself. This is not a party beach though so bare that in mind if that's what you're after.
Great little tucked away retreat on the west side of the island. 1 minute walk from the beach, 20 minute taxi ride from the ferry (200-250 Baht), incredibly friendly and helpful staff and owners, great amenities, clean, private, free water and bananas everyday, quiet, and nice bathrooms. If you're looking to get away for cheap, this is the place for you!
*if you're looking to party in Haad Rin, this might not be the place for you. It is a 40 minute drive/ride from Haad Rin one-way!
The location , the view and the pool are just perfect.
It’s far from everything, so it’s peaceful ,but you still have a little convenience store on the beach, and few bar /restaurants .

This is the loveliest little resort in the best beach in Koh Phangan. Idyllic location, world class snorkeling ten feet in front of the cabins, and a perfect pool area and beach lounging area. It couldn’t have been better. We changed to a different hotel after 3 nights but wished we had stayed at green papaya the whole time! Lots of small kids staying here, which we didn’t mind at all (but would be hard if you didn’t want kids around).
Best option if you want to stay in Salad beach Phangan. Houses look better than in pictures. Excellent facilitties, clean rooms and private pool. Very nice and helpfull staff! Just 2min walk from the beach and restaurants. Market next door. This part of the island is quite and serene, but much beautiful. 5-10min by car to Malibu beach and Secret beach. Strongly recommand!
Villa was lovely, the room was big and the patio was great. The aircon was fabulous on thosr hot days. Bathroom was awesome. The barman and breakfast lady were sweet. Girl on reception tried to help but english was very limited. Great little bar on the right next door to the resort. It was a very pleasant stay and the beach was ttuly awesome.
everything in the villa is so nice & the staff is really nice and will do anything for you. You can rent scooters from resort services and easily drive around the island. You can also get free shuttle to the Salad beach every day. Some restaurants and bars offer delivery directly to your villa, you just add them on Whatsapp and order food.
We had an amazing time, loved the place, food, pool in both villa and bar, views and vibe! guys at the bar were fun and looked after us well, villa was all as described and even better, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Haad Salad is the best beach on the island in our opinion!
Mattress was comfortable but pillows were like rocks. Staff was helpful. Rented us a motorbike at a standard rate, front desk staff and housekeeping responded to our requests. They do the best they can with an old hotel in need of maintenance.
Very peaceful and authentic resort. Beach is just 2 minutes or less walk with beautiful sunsets. Staff is friendly and help you with everything.
For relaxing this is the best location, if you want to explore the island car or scooter is a must.
well its a very beautiful villa to have with friends and family, the view was stunning and its was very spacious very quite and they had the sound system bulid it so we did play music while we were enjoying the pool
Loved the chalet we were in, very tastefully decorated, good size, very comfortable. The pool area was nice if a little crowded at times. There were some nice restaurants along the beach from the resort
The staff was excellent, very friendly and easy-going. The amenities were great, and so was the entertainment in the evening. The location of the place is in the middle of Haad Salad, which is ideal.

Salad beach is a nice beach. Crystal day restaurant has very good Thai food. Breakfast was okay, eggs made to order. Reef far from shore, bed was good.
