All great … please I forget black pants in room 1011 . Is possible to send them to my sister home : In Czech rep. hotel charge premium rates, but acting like hotel 8 ( cheap hotel) they don’t send me my pants.. they acknowledge they have my pants and that’s all … I spent in hotel 3 000$ And hotel can’t spend 10$ ??? Excellent value for money: kind and extremely helpful staff, amazing vegan breakfasts (a la carte, you need to choose from salty and sweet options in advance), comfy and cosy rooms. Even though hotel is on the busy road, soundproofing is good, as i couldn't hear road noises at all. A bit far from city center by foot, but if you have a car location is very convenient and free parking is provided on site (a bit narrow and not that straightforward, but totally manageable). Wellness (extra charge - 20€ for 2 hours and latest you can get there is 17:00): it was so worth it after long day hiking!

We stayed during 4 nights in one of the bungalows. The bungalow was very clean, beds were comfy and the heat worked properly. We had included the ski pass & aquapark pass in the housing price, which was simply amazing. And also the breakfast 🤗 For getting to the slopes, a free bus was available at the resort. Aquapark was 400m close to our house. We recommend this place both for young couples or family groups. We will come back again for sure on this amazing resort. Very soonish, we hope 😁

Everything was good! The owner helped us and the stay was very pleasant. The location is super, it is the apartment 332, the one on the left in the pictures. Free parking is just 10m away. The amenities inside and outside were super for us. In the village the access is restricted to the inhabitants so we felt safe. 50m from the apartment is the reception and the restaurant where you can have a rich and tasty buffet breakfast for 17euro/person. We played bowling several times (you need to book in the morning for that day - 15 euro/hour) and you can play billiards for free. Access to the soccer field is 10 euro/hour. Access to Tatralandia is 10m further away from the reception, you can enter and exit how many times you want. We recommend this apartment!
