Very nice staff, room was comfortable with a big window and nice bed. The location is great, in the city centre and near the central station. The staff was lovely and prepared the sauna for us on one afternoon.

The check-in was on a mobile app, easy to follow. We have been given good instructions from the hotel. We arrived at 1am in the morning, and the check in was smooth. We overslept and missed the breakfast but asked if we could get some bread, butter & milk for the kids. And they managed it! Excellent, I could not have asked for more. Very friendly staff.
