Nice city. Go watch three times national champions Linköping FC play football, if you have the time. The former club of Pernille Harder, Magdalena Eriksson, Kosovare Asslani and Lina Hurtig among others. Watch the stars of tomorrow!

This city is just the right size for a "home vacation"...
This city is just the right size for a "home vacation" stayover: great bars and restaurants and plenty of sights and activities, but small enough to avoid flooding by tourists. The Air Force museum is a must, and there are plenty of parks for picnics and people-spotting. Also, you can kayak down the main stream or try the cable wakeboard facility. The Valla open air museum offers both rural scenery and curious museums.

Stora torget has a good ambiance with bars, restaurants and people. Cozy cafeteries, shops... The cathedral is also beautiful.
The city has plenty of gardens, to see, walk and enjoy nature. I specially liked Vallaskogen Naturreservat.
The Friluftsmuseet Gamla Linköping is great! An open air museum with a collection of houses, gardens and shops showing the Swedish life a hundred years ago.

Linkoping city, its roads, buildings, parks everything is very clean. One can easy find and approach nearby shops, hotels and parking. Bus and train terminals are also easily accessible. A wonderful city to visit and stay.

Great city in Central Sweden with a nice town center with many restaurants and a good night life. Lots of nice parks, and river great for walking or jogging. Near university and business parks. Has a local airport with access to Amsterdam.
The easy access of the parking, great shower, always interesting to see what view you get and we like that you can't access other floors than your own so it provides good safety.
We are returning guests and have been staying at the hotel for almost 10 years with a break over the pandemic, and by that also twice a year.
The room was big and had comfortable bed, with big window. It was clean and location wasn't quite central but functional for me as it was close to both Linköping University and the hospital that I had some meetings there. It was great to have an access code so not be dependent on reception desk.
Lady at the reception was nice and helpful. Bathroom and room were clean. I stayed only one night in this hotel. It's ok for a short stay but I'd choose a different hotel for a longer stay. What I really liked was dinner at the hotel. Food was so varied and tasty.
Great room, very cozy, well decorated and super clean. Great and quiet location (Linköpings Old Town, near trails and waking distance to the University). Good breakfast. Didn't meet the staff personally, but they promptly answered a question I sent via sms.
I love the Clarion Slottsparken - I work every year in Sweden, for a week, and always stay at the hotel. It's my absolute favorite - friendly people, great location, and the food (breakfast AND evening meal) is top notch. Highly recommended.
The room was large and clean. Checkin was totally digital, both to the hotel entrance and room. there was a extra heater in case it got cold during night, which came in handy.
