+ they cleared the driveway for snow and sanded ( yes we were lucky enough to have serious snow which made it the perfect cabin with a view and front garden to build a snowman)
The hotel looks a little run down on the outside, but inside everything was blitz blank; very clean and perfectly comfortable. We stopped by on our way to Stockholm, the town is a bit unremarkable but for our purposes it was fine. We have a dog, and were pleasantly surprised by the doggie bed, bowls and generous treat bag we found in the room - so very big plus in terms of doggie friendliness!
Nice clean hotel room, good facilities for kids (playroom, drawing table in the lobby) and great restaurant. The breakfast also super good, with wide variety to choose from, freshly made every morning. The Isaberg ski resort is fairly close, 15-20 mins by car.
Lovely staff, hearty breakfast! Great with coffee machine in the hall and water bottles to take along. The Isaberg ski resort lacks nearby accommodation, this hotel is the best option.
Very conveniently located to the isaberg ski slopes. The hotel room was well-designed and spacious. The beds were comfortable and there were adequate charging points for electronics.
