There's a supermarket nearby. The tram is just right there. The room size is ok for 3 people (our room during the second stay was bigger). The hotel has a luggage storage to keep our luggages when we did the cruise to Helsinki for 2 nights. It's convinient. Free coffee and tea 24/7 in the lobby.

The room had a rather big shower, that was very good. I like the variety of food at the breakfast. The staff was helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a couple of minutes walk to Drottningsgatan.

Check in was easy. The hotel is new and everything is in good condition. The rooms are all in the basement, which is a bit unusual, but in the end it didn't bother me not to have a window and it's actually great for quietness at night to sleep, as there's no street noise at all. USB ports were nice so I didn't need an plug adapter coming from USA. Breakfast was really good as is the restaurant in general for other meals. Housekeeping was great. I thought it was a very good value. Close to everying with a metro exit across the street.
