I liked how the Hotel staff welcomed us and treated during our stay. Michelle from the beginning gave us insight about the property which we highly appreciated and supported with renting the car. The entire stay was comfortable for us. The staff members were always there for us and could provide support when needed.

We were visiting for a conference and stayed for 2 nights. Everybody was extremely kind, room was large and well equipped and clean, our stay was really pleasant.
Only problem, until today I got no receipt for the bill I paid there when leaving - it was promised by email, and despite several attempts I did not get it yet. Not good for professional travelers.

It was a peaceful place, few shops including small supermarkets to get most things, there was a few restaurants including a good pizza take away.
We also visited the Takamaka rum distillery which was very interesting and free admition.

Anse Royal by the sea shore is a bad place to stay!
Anse Royal by the sea shore is a bad place to stay! A noisy road goes along the shore and you find yourself just above it, which makes you awakened at 6 am. It is more comfortable to go more into the hills: ok, you would spend 5-20 min driving to reach you beloved beach, but you would sleep in silence, enjoy a swimming pool at the end of the day, and hear birds in the morning.

It is a great place to have a nice holiday - if you like the sea. You have enough possibilities to buy your cooking-stuff and snacks in little supermarkets or little restaurants. Bus connection is good - what I saw, but I never used it, because I like to go walking. Sometimes I missed my bike, on the other side it seems to be dangerous to ride it, because the traffic is fast... For me it is sure: I will come back!

Cherry at ocean terrace suggested we visit their sister property on Praslin at no extra charge. Kerek organized this for us and it was a great thing to do. Terrence at ocean jewels was extremely helpful and welcoming and his gardens and private beach are gorgeous
The hotel is ideally located just metres away from 2 of the most beautiful beaches in Seychelles: Fairyland Beach and Anse Royale Beach. Also, amenities are only 5-10 minutes walk from the property.
The owners and all staff are very professional, welcoming and helpful.
I really felt like home during my stay.
The apartment is spotless clean, equipped with everything you need.
On top of all these, the view is simply amazing.

I booked a room with seaview and let me tell you, it really does look like in the pictures. Waking up to that view was incredible. Cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned every day.I drove all over Mahe Island and this location was a good starting point to get everywhere quickly. Private beach just outside the room. They also let you use kayaks, sunbeds and even grill for free. Property is fenced all around with cameras everywhere so it feels very secure.
A comfortable, quiet and clean apartment just few meters from the beach ( you have only to cross the road) in one of the most beautiful bays of Mahe, Anse Royale.
The hosts are incredibly gentle.
The position is strategic, you can find everything just by 5 min of walk ( change your money, take the public bus, have a good swim or buy some food)

We rent a car and visit the island enjoying beaches, Victoria market and restaurant (Dolce vita in city center)
We were lucky and have the possibility to enjoy the regatta 2023 at beau vallon.
The hotel is opposite a beach (2 minutes walk), the staff is very friendly (especially Mandy - waiter) and the food at the restaurant is fantastic! The pancake after breakfast and the Butter Chicken for dinner is highly recommended. The room has the basic necessities and the shower was good. The view from the hotel is spectacular 24/7. Highly recommended to order a drink from the bar and relax at the pool before sunset.
Anse Royale is a quite town in the south of Mahé, there were very few tourists.
Lucy is a great and caring host, who helped us a lot. We could make a barbecue two times, she washed our laundry and helped us with reservations at restaurants.
The appartment is big for two people with a kitchen and a big bathroom. The front porch is nice to sit outside in the morning or evening.
We will definitely come back!!

You have everything you might need - bathroom, full-equiped kitchen, large bed, a small pool to chill in and an amazing view to the ocean.
The road to the chalet is rather steep, but it's okay if you like a bit of exercising (or if you rent a car).

We were upgraded to 2 Bedroom apartment, which was very clean, comfortable and new.
The apartment has everything you need. However keep in mind they don't provide toiletries, water, coffee/tea on a daily basis. We were given some complimentary at the date of arrival.

The view from the Villa to Anse Royale is really nice and the bus stop is right down the road. You can easily go up the road without car, just not convenient if carrying heavy things.
It's definitely a great place for both long and short staying in this part of the island. The apartments are spacious and well-equipped. A small private beach is in front of your terrace and also there is a very nice beach (Anse Royale) in 10 minutes walking distance. Few shops, restaurants, fruit and fish market are in walking distance too.

The apartment and its interior decor were very nice. the view from the balcony is super and the owner is a very kind person.
There is a bus stop quite close to the property which can bring you to anse royale, where you can find shops, restaurants and a lovely beach.
everything was amazing, the staff was very professional and also they provide me good tips for all the islands not just for mahe ! keep in mind to have a car, it s better because the hotel it s located on a mountain with stunning views!

Excellent location close to beautiful Anse Royale beach. Staff communication was great, even offered transfer from Victoria. Water and milk complimentary. Good WIFI and cable TV. Bed was comfortable.
