The owners were quite hospitable. The nature of Rudnik mountain is breathtaking! The place is not pet friendly, but the hosts let us keep our SM dog in the travel cage on the inside, next to the entrance door due to a few rainy days. Thnx again!

It's clean and comfortable. There is warm water for showering, or for whatever you need it. The kitchen has everything you need. There is beautiful backyard to meditate, drink coffe, watchin sun rising or sun setting, playground for children. The house is close to a hiking route. The route goes though the forest. On the route, you can visit archeological sites: Misa and Prljusa. The house is at the end of the village of Rudnik, and therefore it's very quiet. You can enjoy in sounds of nature. The hosts are so kind.

Nature and places, many places for walking - I like walking and beautiful views, so I enjoyed it very much!
I must say I didn't care local's favorite, sometimes too loud music, but if you walk far enough, it is no problem. :)
My favorite walking track was Vijulj - just perfect for healthy walk and when you get at the top - beautiful view. There is also barbecue place there.
Since I am illustrator, painter, I enjoyed making watercolors - fantastic experience!
Also, went to see raspberry and blueberry plantations, and planning to go next year and pick it and be paid for it. I hope there would be some left to put in boxes - they are so delicious!

Beautiful mountain, exceptional nature, clean air.
Beautiful mountain, exceptional nature, clean air. Excellent for hiking. Also spare some time to visit ancient Serbian monasteries like Vraćševnica, Ramaća, Blagoveštenje, Voljovača and Nikolje. Also 15 minutes drive from Rudnik is Serbian Royal Memorial Complex called Oplenac - it's majestic please visit it. Also under northen slopes there are bunch of vineyards, and vine is excellent.
