Apartment looked exactly like the pictures suggested. Comfy bed, coffe pads for the coffe machine, plenty of towels, toiletries included, washing machine available (even though we did not use it), netflix available on the smart tv, very clean and good quality bed sheets, and a very clean apartment overall. Host was super helpful (even recommended us a nice restaurant for home-orders with good food). Check-out process was contactless. Very good experience overall.
