If the authorities of Borsa wish to transform the town to the touristic centre, the city must completely be renown. The renovation of old architecture is necessary. Open electric lines along every street must be cancelled, and all cables should be nested under the ground. Much more operations must be done to transform Borsa into a genuine touristic centre. Touristic resorts mus possess a unique and specific atmospere to attract domestic and foreign tourist.. I suggest the authorities of Borsa to visit Mayerhofen in Austrian Tirol or even Zakopane in Poland. At present time Borsa is attractive for those who are interested in mountain hiking. Greater numer of pathes should be marked, and kept in good conditions. Detailed maps of Munti Rodnei should be available.

Close-by an annual festival held between 2 counties, Hora la Prislop, it's the reason we visited the area. Anyway, being a mountain city, it's a perfect location for starting hiking trails or for winter sports.

Beautiful landscapes with amazing mountains and nice trails for people who like trekking on mountain routes. But the rest of the city is not so friendly with tourists, just a few restaurants not very attractive. But if you go just for the mountains, you can not be disappointed.
