We had a lovely view of the ocean and often used our room's balcony to relax and watch the ships come in and out of the harbor. Also, the people at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions. When they couldn't, they made phone calls to the appropriate people who could.

Perfectly nice hotel! We stayed for only one night as we passed through Terceira. Everything was clean and comfortable enough. The wifi was very good, good enough for me to stream and even take a work call. The room is small, but not unmanagable. The staff was helpful and kind. We were surprised at how much we enjoyed the town of Angra, it has a bit more history and architectural beauty than we found elsewhere in the Acores, and this was the perfect location to explore from.
