This was a fabulous property with gorgeous views of the river. The building is only a year old, and is tastefully decorated. Our unit had walls of windows on two sides overlooking the river. There are several units within the main building, and not all have an expansive river view like ours did. Visitors share a large living room that has a fireplace, a well-appointed outside deck, and fully stocked kitchen with new Bosch appliances and includes almost every appliance you could want, including a juicer for the plentiful oranges in the area. There is also a television room with a huge television. The internet is good. The owner has gone to great lengths to make this a first class property. There is a pool on the property that was not quite finished, but will be lovely and should be finished soon. Within a few feet of the property is a large waterfall that you can see from the kitchen window and runs next to the outdoor deck. You can hear the rushing water from everywhere within the unit. They have even installed an ev charging station. The bathroom was large and the shower was exceptional with great water pressure. The towels were extra fluffy. The property has a main building with units and additional small separate units next to the pool located away from the main building higher up on the hill. Be sure to ask for what you want because not all rooms are the same. The experience in the main building will be different than the experience in the separate units next to the pool. The pool rooms do not have access to the main building with the kitchen, deck and living room. They are above, not next to the waterfall. We were lucky to have the entire main building to ourselves, but if there had been other people sharing the main spaces with us, it would have been a little different experience. It would be great for a family or a group of friends to book the entire main building.
