Rita is a really wonderful host and makes you feel right at home. So even for someone a little more introverted like me I felt comfortable.
There are some lovely facilities: the pool, the game/lounge room and the eating area are all really cozy and nice spaces to just hangout and relax.
The bedroom was nice and clean and a fan was provided to help with Santarém's heat.
I really recommend Avó Rosa Guesthouse as a place to just stay and relax away from the city.

The house is very nice and the surrounding area is beautiful. The host was helpful in every way. Breakfast was delicious. It is truly a country experience. Two great nights of sleep.
