We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were greeted warmly by Joaninha's father to get keys. He showed us around, and gave us necessary information about the house.
The house is cozy. Perfect for 2 people. The bed is comfortable,the kitchen is well stocked for self-catering, the internet is fast and reliable. There is a washing machine made available to you. It is in a small storage room outside of the house,so you do not hear the noise.
The location of the house is great. It is near the beach, and within 10-15 minutes walking distance to a supermarket. There is a fabulous restaurant that is within a 5 minute walk, and another group of restaurants about a 10-15 minute walk. There is a great park with a basketball court, playground equipment, and places to sit, too.
I would stay again without hesitation. Excellent value!

Room and bathroom size were great, absolutely huge bed, location, exceptional friendliness of staff, cleanliness, balcony, quiet AC that worked very well. There were many things we didn't use, though, that no other places we have stayed in Portugal had, so that's great if you are looking for them so we can't include in our review (pool, sauna, bar, etc.).

Location is great! 5 min to the city centre. There is a bakery / pastry shop right next to it and it is open all night (we managed to get some food at 6 AM before going to the airport). The staff is super nice and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious and many options, with cakes that would vary daily. The parking was a great perk considering that outside is all paid.
