Very modern, stylish and clean. Also great location!
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The young man who we mostly dealt with exceedingly good and nothing was too much. Room was in good condition and clean. If fact the whole of the hotel was in excellent condition. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise as thought would be very basic, but a good spread of food was available. Best of all a great price for our stay. Excellent overall rating.
This the hotel I came to check in an unexpected late night booking due to unfortunate event from my other accomodation. The staff were supportive and helpful. Room were clean and tidy. Breakfast is fair and need more variety, the area is a bit small for the influx of tourist around. The bus stop is just in front and you can easily go to the city centre.
The room was good.
It is a hotel designed to be a hotel.
It has everything you need including a staff that knows what they are doing.
The lady at check-in was very accommodating. She took care of a complicated customer ( me ) even if she was busy with other customers and did this little extra ... She was probably one of the managers.
Cleanliness and prompt check in. The staff was incredible. We had a late night delivery of milk that didn’t get picked up in time by us, so the delivery service took it with them. We asked the staff if we could buy milk from the hotel for our baby and they gave us some for free. We are so grateful for their generosity.
An excellent breakfast. Comfortable beds and really clean room. Very welcoming staff and polite. You had coffee making facilities and a hair dryer too. Not noisy at all and hotel was full. Multistorey Parking available at the hotel. Limited spaces but you can find some alternative parking outdoors too.
Breakfast was poor-ok; Things were fresh, but there wasn't anyone cleaning the tables or any waiter. Rooms was fine, but sicne the hotel isn't that old, why are the rooms so "old"? It's almost like they used things from their other Hotels and put there.
Nice hotel with spacious rooms and breakfast included (good one). It has private garage but we've parked for free in the street next to garage. 15 mins to Belem tower and 20 25 to city center. Also, big shopping center is 5 mins away.
The hotel is very cozy, it’s located very close to big shopping malls like IKEA, Leroy Merlin, Auchan.
Our room was very clean and warm. We liked the breakfast, it’s included. Parking is paid, around 6 euro per night.
well excellent staff members, they are really friendly, always smile on face also really helpful.
great lactation, excellent breakfast facility's etc.
my first time in Portugal and I enjoyed do much😍
Cleaning ladies were really nice and polite. kept our room really clean.
room was standard holiday in room.
location could be better, but it was ok, we need where we are going.
