Naturally, life here is all about sun, sand and sea. The most popular Albufeira beach is Fisherman’s Beach and you can still see locals bringing in the fishing boats every morning - if you’re up early enough, that is. Tunnel Beach is accessed through an opening in the cliff, and both have a variety of water sports.

Albufeira Old Town is a wonderful place to stay for a holiday. It has plenty of places to eat and also numerous pubs! You do not need a car to get around Albufeira Old Town. We travelled to the marina and the new town using taxis and the Tourist Train.

Good boat trips to caves and see the dolphins.
Nice breeze stopped it being too hot although it meant outdoor pools and sea very cold at times.

I really love ❤️ Albufeira, it is my favourite holiday destination and I've just completed my 3rd visit, my first visit was so wonderful and the perfect getaway, I had to go again in the following year and the same after that. It's got everything for a lovely adventurous relaxing holiday, a truly great escape from your all your worries. It's the place to chill out with its beautiful golden sandy beaches along the lovely, beautiful, cool, refreshing, relaxing and soothing Atlantic Ocean which looked really clean. The deep blue colour matches the clear blue sky during summer. I also love Albufeira for it's food (especially the seafood and meat dishes) but the best thing at night is the nightlife in both the Old Town and at the Strip, they look like Las Vegas with bright lights on all the bars and restaurants and you will have entertainment (live bands) in a lot of places I the Old Town and in the square. Plus, if you like boat trips, there is the marina (with cafes and bars) where you could organise a boat tour of the caves, watch dolphins or even take a swim the lovely deep blue cool Atlantic.
Albufeira is the one for me, although I would love to see other parts of the Algarve plus other places in the world I've heard good things about, I will never want to leave Albufeira out. If I could afford to i would visit more than once a year and if I was a millionaire I would purchase a villa so I could retire to Albufeira or visit more occasionally. I always hate going home from Albufeira whe it's going home day, I get the sad feeling of having to go home but I'll will look forward to my next visit.

Fabulous place that has something for everyone. Great weather beaches food. We loved the old town and taking a tuk tuk to get you there. We did visit the strip also just to experience it once. It was lively and can also be avoided if you don't like that sort of thing.

Albufeira is a lovely holiday destination it’s full of really nice friendly people and beautiful beaches the food and drinks are great value for money and tasty. Have been several times and plan to go there as much as possible. I highly recommend the lucky house Chinese buffet restaurant as the cocktails are only €5 and all you can eat buffet is only €15 during the week and €20 on Saturday including a drink and this includes sushi.

Lovely beach that is cleaned every day. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants.
Food is restaurants very expensive so you need to shop around there are deals to be found.
Don't go the first week in September. There is a music and food fiesta on the square near the escalator and it is absolutely ridiculous. The music is blared out loud enough to burst your eardrums and continues from 6pm to 1am. It isn't even good music and very repetitive. It was so loud it made everything in our apartment vibrate.
Ideal location, on the beachfront and only a 5 minute walk into the heart of old town Albufeira. Extremely welcoming hosts that remained fully available via WhatsApp day and night. Gorgeous apartment with very comfortable rooms and bedding. The rooftop terrace was a beautiful perk! Supplying a cot was also no problem it was brought to use within minutes of our arrival. Thank you for accommodating us ❤️
The location of the property is fantastic. This was our third trip to Albufeira and this location was the best. It is walking distance to the old town and beach. This means that there can be a fair amount of noise in the evening as you would expect for such a central location. The property is spacious, clean and well equipped. Very good communication from the host. Would stay there again
Beautiful hotel, prime location, food was absolutely fantastic, lots of choices, pool was lovely right on the beach , staff were very friendly , 5 mins walk to the bars on the strip, mega busy after ten , walk few mins along the beach to beautiful old town of 6 euros in taxi , so much to do an see in the old town ,fisherman’s beach is my favourite place .
Hotel was in the best location. Beds were comfy. Rooms clean. Staff were super friendly, attentive and very helpful. Breakfast good and set you up for the day. Albufeira old town is absolutely beautiful and this is the perfect spot to enjoy it.
The hotel was situated a stones throw from the beach, 10 min walk from Old Town and 20 min walk from Strip.
