So beautiful. I fell in love with it. Beautiful squares, colourful buildings, historical places, good food, good prices. Highly recommend to visit, especially families with children. The dwarfs around the city make you feel like a child....felt we were on a treasure hunt.

Wonderful city and lots to see.
Wonderful city and lots to see. There were many restaurants and lots of delicious food choices. Loved the city tour by a cart and a very knowledgeable driver. The Botanical gardens were spectacular and the churches were beautiful. The Panorama was fascinating and the city museum nearby was suburb! Perhaps the most fun was spotting the dwarfs.

Wroclaw is a University city and this reflect's the hussle and bussle of a busy city.
The ancient town hall dates back to the 13th century and on the east facade travellers see an astronomical clock.
For refreshments or traditional Polish cuisine a visit to the market hall is well worth a visit.

The only remarkable thing is the location where in the city...
The only remarkable thing is the location where in the city center. Staffs need to be educated and well trained. Poor hygiene on facilities, kitchen does not work, most shower room hot shower finished quickly, mattress need to be replaced by new ones, disgusting stained spots and smell on it, also there are bed bugs The really situation or pictures are totally different from the photos the hostel put on the Booking.com. There are only two old Electric Kettles , one microwave and a very dirty refrigerator, Even hard to find spoon and forks, no trash can in kitchen seems cleaners do not want guests to use kitchen, shower rooms and toilets disgusting smells and stains.
The location is great for train travellers as it's only a short walk from Wroclaw Glowny. It's easy to walk to the Old Town for sightseeing as well. I requested a quiet room and got one at the back of the hotel. It was very quiet and I slept well, plus the mattress and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast buffet has excellent variety. I ate dinner one night at the hotel restaurant and quality and service was very good. The fitness centre is small, but offers basic cardio and weights equipment, plus towels and water.
First the staff are so friendly and especial mention to Mr. Romek who really took care of me from the time I booked my reservation until I arrived at the property cos i came early and he made sure everything’s goes well.
Second, the apartment. Its the best apartment I ever stayed in my whole Poland journey, Room is very spacious even the bathroom. Everything’s organized.
Location is perfect its literally inside the old town with the amazing view at the roof top. Definitely will stay here every time I’m in Wroclaw.
The design of the rooms and the hotel were spectacular! The service was also amazing. We got upgraded to a superior room, which forms part of the old building and I particularly loved the original elements that was part of the design of the room. The bathroom was also very chic. The spa area was a bit small but it was still enjoyable, and also beautifully created. It was also really nice to take a stroll across the surrounding gardens on the way to the old town. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended.
The hotel is perfect for Wroclaw city centre, it was 9 mins to walk to the 'rynek' market square where all the energy stems from for bars, restaurants, shops. The herbal hotel has such wonderful staff who insisted on speaking English, and my word what beautiful English they spoke! The hotel is so clean, lots of light flooring and decor so full respect to the house keepers for making it the best hotel in Wroclaw. Try their breakfast buffet - fabulous and only 45zl / £9.50
The hotel is very conveniently located. In 10 minutes you can reach the Main Market Square, Racławice Panorama or Tumski Island. At the same time, the hotel is located in a fairly quiet area. The staff was super helpful and professional! The room was spacious, clean and beautifully designed. Great breakfast with good choice of dishes. We really loved our stay at the hotel. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in!
There is a nice and quiet place to stay, with super location near market square (bus and tram stop 100metres from the hotel), in the old town, so we could get to the hotel by foot even at night. Hotel interior is wonderful and marvelous also.
Personal was really helpful and girls were really trying to make all possible for our comfort. Really 10/10 for your stuff.
Didn't taste breakfast but it seems to be good.
Amazing location. Christmas markets 10 minutes walking distance, Airport 25 minute drive, Cathedral island 10 minutes walk. Shopping mall just across the road. Bus stop right across the road. Great breakfast, not the best variety but good enough with hot and cold options. Bread being baked throughout the service. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Will definitely book the same place again when visiting Wroclaw
The hotel is located right in the centre of the old town - literally 5 minutes away from the main attractions.
The room was ok, good view to the Cathedral in front, bathroom and toilet were separated. There is an option for adding breakfast but we did not take it.
The price was very good but I believe the reason for that were the renovations works that were taking place in the lobby of the hotel.
I hired OVO for 8 days from the USA to meet my family there in Poland.
The apartment is spacious, comfortable, sunny, clean, large windows, fresh air. The kitchen is fully equipped. Perfect location. Shop in the Gallery and Zabka 2 minutes on foot. The service at the reception and office was delightful. We love this apartment and next time we will take the same one. thank you.
i did stay in this hotel many times now and will stay probably even more. it’s cheap you have a bed and a shower small TV close to main road easy access to city centre via tram ideal for a one night stay Uber to airport cost me about £6 so it’s good as well.
Very nice and clean hotel, staff are polite too.
The hotel location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to market Square and not far for all the tourist attractions.
A lot of nice restaurants, cafes and pubs nearby too. Is my best choice so far.☺️
Location was great, a 5 minute walk to the old town square, tram right atop right outside the hotel doors, we got free cake on check in, also had umbrella’s to use and spare adaptors for charger. Room was spacious and comfortable.
The location of the hotel was perfect, just a few feet from entering the old town section of Wroclaw. The staff personnel were super helpful in giving us directions and answering our questions about local sites.
Everything the hotel was superb. COVID advice was followed so I felt comfortable and relaxed. Perfect location just 5 minutes walk the old town. Very well priced also.
Beautiful historic hotel, loved the location because we were walking distance from the Wrocław main train station and very close to the main market square.
The building is very beautiful with best location in the old town. The staff is friendly and attentive. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is very good.
