Leśniczówka Szeroki Bór is a perfect place to relax in a remote region. You can do hiking, swimming, discover the area by a boat or just relax. The next cosy city (Pisz) is also not to far from the accommodation. The owners of the place are super nice and supportive!
We have brought too less time for a proper tour through the region but this place is definitely on our list for further voyages.

This property is at an absolutely beautiful remote location in Wiartel. The spa is gorgeous and relaxing. I like the imagery of the forest and wild animals. The lake is beautiful for swimming and boating. The breakfast is extensive and delicious. The staff was sincere and very helpful when we had a problem upon arrival.

I loved the place, the atmosphere and the host. The owner was incredibly helpful and friendly. She offered extra bedding and towels when needed, without extra costs. She tried to solve all our requests and she was just nice to chat with. I loved our stay there and would recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy a time with their family away from very busy touristic places like Ruciane-Nida, while at a reasonable distance to those places. The walk to the nearest beach with possibility to rent canoes and water bikes, takes only 9 minutes, the beach is at a camping and open to outside tourists from 08:00 to 20:00.
