Loved everything! The apartment was very spacious. Usually, properties turn out smaller than pictured, but the apartment was huge with a living room, sleeping area, closet, desk, terrace, full kitchen and bathroom. Everything was sparkling clean.
The windows overlooked fields and I could see some colorful tulips fields across the way. I was even able to watch the sunrise from the east facing windows. Pergamo is just down the street from the Tulip Store Showgarden and also a short bike ride from De Tulperij.
Maryse and Michiel were so kind and hospitable. They provided so much helpful information and you could see they took loving care of the property.
It was very convenient to be able to rent a bicycle directly from the property. It included a headlight, taillight and lock.
They were also kind enough to give me a ride to the train station. I found Bolt to be unreliable in the area, so having a confirmed ride to the train station gave me peace of mind.
Located on the edge of Noordwijkerhout, this conference hotel features 4 restaurants, 3 bars and a terrace. Keukenhof can be reached within 10 minutes by car.

The location and the staff. The location was right between the train/bus station and centrum making both within east walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I had used this Hotel in a previous visit and I had loved the wonderful location and I found the room convenient enough even though was very outdated and in desperate need of renovations. It was quaint to a point.
Leiden is worth a visit. Beautiful old town full of life, with barely any tourists!

We loved our stay in Voorhout!!!
It is a small Dutch village close to many activities but set in a quiet area. Probably the best time to visit would be during the Spring when the tulip gardens are open, but we were there because of a wedding.
We visited the Delft Blue factory, Maduradam, the cheese market in Gouda, the windmills in Kinderdijk, and then went north to Leeuwarden in Friesland.
Voorhout is conveniently located for most of these locations.
A rental car is the most convenient.
